Grounds are amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Onsite security was very present. Very safe environment. Pool and spa area is amazing. Heated pool with an amazing view of the surrounding area.

We had a room with 2 double beds. Beds were small for 2 people. Upgrade the beds to queen size or larger and it would make for a much more pleasurable sleeping experience. Everything else was amazing.

Location is great, this is my third visit.

Whatever you do, do not stay in room 717! This room is situated next to the elevator, it felt like trying to go to sleep in a roller coaster! The duty manager suggested we check out as an option? Like are you serious dude, how is that an option? Our compensation was a freaking breakfast voucher which I left at the counter at checkout, I am so disappointed, could not catch a wink of sleep all through the night due to the constant elevator.

it’s clean and it feels like your some where very fancy , the vibe is amazing

they can have more night lights and newer pool furniture but over all it’s amazing . the elevator did not work it was difficult carrying my baby stroller .

The bathtub drain didn’t work/was clogged. Informed the front desk staff and was promised to send someone to fix but never did. When asked for extra towels on the second day the housekeeper was not helping and refused to provide towels.

Location was nice and to stay at the top of the hill among the trees was a bonus, but close to everything! Staff was very friendly.
