Lage ideal für Tagestrips nach Austin / San Antonio / Fredericksburg und Waco
Der eigentlich tolle Pool war sehr verschmutzt, inklusive Zigaretten Filter darin.
War also leider nicht benutzbar.
Das Leitungswasser roch modrig, wir benutzten deshalb nur Wasser aus der Flasche.
Die riesige Lobby wurde auf unerträgliche 62 Fahrenheit runter gekühlt. Das war krank.
Am zweiten Tag kam kein Zimmerservice, weshalb wir am Morgen darauf auch kein Kaffee und keine frischen Handtücher mehr hatten.
Das Badezimmer ( siehe Fotos ) ist dann selbsterklärend.

Location, nice staff, decent size room
Pool was dirty and not heated, sauna didn’t work, no complimentary coffee, no happy hour specials, didn’t have hot water for showers for two days, leaky faucet

I enjoyed this property when it was underneath the Omni, happy to hear that Marriott is taking it over. I love the lobby, at the pool in my room had a great review. Loved the complementary waters in my room.
My bed was a little bit too soft, but still slept mostly comfortably.

The location was close to the office and other work associates
The hotel overall is a bit run down. Fair amount of dust on the bathroom mirror, some 'mold' smells in the room. The lady that checked me in on July 19, 2023 around 5:30pm had no personality, minimal interaction, emotions.

The pool is lovely and big. Not very deep but still very welcome on a hot day.
The beds were comfy, the rooms a decent size, the staff were very friendly, there is a shop on site.
The noise. It's right by some kind of freeway and you can here it even 10 floors up. There is no microwave in the room. There are no laundry facilities. The restaurant is closed most of the time so when you order you eat in the lobby or your room (the lobby is a bar and so often noisy and cramped). The location isn't great for downtown, it's not terrible but it isn't that cheap in an uber (average maybe $18 each way).

The price was ok but could have probably got this very similar price elsewhere with breakfast such as Springhill, marriot, or Hyatt.
It’s outdated, lighting is minimal in the room do it feels dark.
Toiletries provided seemed low end.
