The bed.

The bathroom size way to small. The jacuzzi tub was shown in the room and not the bathroom online. Plus there needs to be more than 1 trash can in the room.

$30 extra for 1 pet is ridiculous. Also almost got scalded because could not turn hot water down I. Shower.

I enjoyed the easy method of tap to unlock to get inside room. Wifi was good/okay and the couch was nice to have.

No blankets/comforter, just a thin wool sheet which felt very sparse. Walls are very thin and we could hear construction outside and the guests in the other room watching TV. Air Conditioning unit was very loud and actually woke me up a few times with it’s rattling.

Gave us the wrong room and would not not put us in the room that we booked even though I showed them the reservation, the room we were in had no AC and it was 106 outside!

Layover on a cross country trip with trailer. A little tight on parking, but otherwise great. Clean rooms with good AC. -MC

Wasn't really happy at all with this stay

The room reaked of cigarette smoke. And I got a pending charge on my card for double payment. The man at the desk said one charge will fall off but so far today they are both still pending, which caused me to have less funds available for my trip. And the breakfast was horrible. We didn't even eat and after we seen what came out of the juice machine we left the dining area grossed out. Definitely will not be staying at this location again.
