The entire stay was fantastic. I'm still bragging about the delicious breakfasts, social hour is incredible, words cannot do it justice. The water view from our room , lovely balcony to sit and unwind. The serenity and smiling friendly staff made the stay exception.our room was beautifully appointed with quality furniture. Very clean. The outdoor and indoor eating is very calming. Everything was top notch quality and superb service. I wanted to take the staff home!

The bed and breakfast has such a sweet charm to it that you can’t get at major hotels. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was beyond accommodating. I couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

Wish we had reserved earlier so we had a King Bed, but that was the room that was available when we booked.

Could of used more protein - more than 1 sausage. French toast was good.

Loved the Bayfront view!! Bfast and happy hour foods met my expectations (although did not exceed). Happy Hour spread was quite generous I might add. Bakery items were way too sweet for my palate but they were good enough. Bath tub was wonderful. Location was excellent.

Room windows were painted shut so could not get fresh air (I understand it's for security and/or for A/C air control etc) but I like natural air. Rug did not appear or feel clean... maybe it was just me. Free parking options were few blocks away (I had a fairly heavy luggage - but no problem! : ) I parked right out front and paid each day. App was convenient.). Adding a Turkey bacon (vs just regular,) option would have been great : )

The only disappointment was the parking location.

Homemade specialty breakfasts were delicious ( had quiche one morning and baked french toast another morning. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We sat in the courtyard and watched the bay every morning and also in the late afternoons.

We wish there were on site parking spaces ( other than the street which is metered ). The private parking for the B&B was a couple blocks away. Not a big problem.

The property was first class, and the service was awesome. They brought wine and cheese to our room. They were great all the way around.
