They let us have rooms beside my grown kids. Parking right out the door was great too.

No pool! Kids in 100+ temps and no pool.

I did not get what I booked n they would not give my money back .so i will not stay in another one of there motals again.

The location was great. This was supposed to be a weekend for me to relax and enjoy some me me time, refresh and rejuvenate. It’s located near lots of restaurants and the I45. So it seemed like a good idea during booking.

After the condition of the room. I didn’t even bother with breakfast. The room was not cleaned properly. The bedding was stained. The counters were dirty and there were bugs in the room. The floor was very dusty and needed to be mopped. And the room had a molded smell. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I went and bought cleaning supplies and just cleaned the room myself. I also bought bedding. It was already late, I had a long drive to get there and I was tired and I was just ready to sleep. I really wish I had a better experience.

The accounting/ night auditor charged by credit card twice for a night stay for one room. I checked in on Friday 10/22/2021 after 1am with a check out date of Saturday 10/23/2021. I tried contacting the property on 10/26/2021 to discuss the matter and was hung up on on attempt 1, next call attempt 2 sent to a voicemail box that was full, attempt 3 choice hotel customer service contacted property and then transferred me and female answered and then hung again. I have field an official complaint with Choice Hotel and they have given the hotel 24 hours to respond. I’m hoping this will be resolved expeditiously.

Booked no smoking room but got a smoking room and it literally mad me ill..Will never use quality inn again!😡

They should mention that they have extended local residents. It seemed more like an apartment complex than a hotel. And they need to find a way to keep the satellite from going out.

The front desk staff was very polite and nice.
