The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very pleasant. I had to book last minute and was accommodated with no problem. The breakfast was good and location excellent. I will stay there again when in the area.

They did not provide any tea in the room, and in the breakfast area had no black tea (the typical tea people drink in the morning and tat is generally kept in rooms. They had only coffee k-cups, caf. and decaf. That is a sad oversight for tea drinkers! We are all not coffee hounds! I often feel like a second-class citizen because I drink tea instead of coffee, but this was the first motel or hotel that didn't offer black tea in-room or at breakfast. Kind of pathetic!

It’s close to a supermarket, restaurants, cafe, and a movie theater. The beds are comfortable and the room (suite) spacious. The fitness room was adequate, in a good way.

No plant-based milk or other vegan options at breakfast. We realize this is probably the norm in Texas. We were able to purchase plant-based milk and yogurt at the nearby supermarket. Also, on the second day of our four night stay we indicated that we wanted housekeeping service by not putting out the privacy tag on the door. When we returned later that day we saw that they had taken our used towels but did not replace them, nor had they cleaned the room (emptied wastebaskets, etc.) which we had left very tidy. The front desk staff quickly provided towels and apologized for the inconvenience.
