We were not aware of any breakfast. No one told us that there was or where it was. We like that it was in walking distance of many restaurants & downtown shopping. Location was central to why we were in the area.

The room has dust bunnies everywhere, in the corners, under the bed. Towels were not changed the 3rd day. Replenishment of coffee supplies was inconsistent. Maid left her dust rag on my bedside table.

Liked very little about the accommodation, but it was reasonably clean. Also, the host was pleasant and helpful about Saratoga Springs.

Grossly overpriced. I'm aware racing activity pushed prices at all accommodations through the roof, but this facility was overpriced, even then. Given three occupants, not enough towels; beds uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Furniture was dated. Shower had dark areas at base of some tiles (mold?) Matress was old, little support, and springs were squeaky. TV via ROKU. So difficult to operate I could not find or change broadcast channels even AFTER proprieter demonstrated how. I could not reproduce the correct sequence between two remotes to receive TV channels. Instructions on table were vague.

I loved how spacious it was. I loved the floors. I loved the frig table microwave wine glasses and cork screw. I loved the long bathroom counter with huge mirror.

Owner upgraded the room at no charge. Liked the king size bed and bedding. Comfortable and spacious room.

the location was great to performing arts center and quick walk to town

it was very expensive and when we arrived we realized quickly they rented rooms to long term stay people so the area / facilities outside seemed more of an apartment complex than a hotel/motel. it was a very hot 90 degree weekend and the pool broke the day before we arrived. the owner didn't ask me to come in and sign anything or give a credit card for incidentals which i thought was strange. we just had a 4 plus hour drive and when we arrived we were hoping to use a restroom so instead of letting us use one in the lobby which there wasn't a lobby, he had us use the room the house keeper was cleaning for us. Disgusting. But we had to go. When we got in the room had a bad odor. I can't explain it I just figured a long stay person checked out so we could stay there for two nights. the air conditioner was a loud wall unit. the mattresses were so flimsy when you leaned on them they slid right off the top of the box spring. i told him that afternoon we were checking out the next day and will find other accommodations, please refund me , he said he could since there was a concert but then i didn't get a refund. we stayed at the holiday inn next door which was 1/2 the price and had a pool and was clean and nicely air conditioned.

Excellent location, quaint & cozy. Steve was more than accommodating! Would definitely return!

The blanket was ripped and falling apart. The coffee machine wasn’t working.
