No curtains in the room. Go to get ice and the woman from the front desk stood there and watch me. I will not be standing there again and I come Thur ther every month.

Location

The bathroom sink was clogged. When I informed the staff I didn't get much of a response. No offer to change rooms or fix the problem. Mold in shower. The mirror in room was broken. Definitely not worth the price paid.

The location was awesome! Close to so many different restaurants and the movie theater, easy access to the freeway (without the noise). Beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet! Staff was great! Breakfast was good! Very pleased with our stay! They are making renovations, but did their best to limit effects on customers. Since there's no elevator, if you have issues walking upstairs, you need to consider a room on the main floor. We would definitely return, if we were in the area!

Breakfast was served later than stated, but it didn't make a difference with our getting to our planned appointment. Food was hot and good!

Liked the convenient location.

Bathroom floor filthy, hair all over floor, piece of food stuck on sink, mold all around tub. Did not use as I was disgusted! Shocked to find man's dirty underwear in dresser drawer. Bedside table filthy and door chain hook broken off. Desk attendant couldn't understand English.

I found the bed comfortable and the room had some updates done to it...the air conditioner worked well but was rather loud. There were also some other guests in the hallway making a lot of noise late into the night.

The hotel could not find my booking reservation when I checked in...I had only made it 15 mins prior to my arrival but they couldn't find it. The desk clerk just sorta looked at me like there was nothing she could do. Being it was midnight, I asked if they had rooms so I just paid for a second room and went to sleep. Booking was contacted the following day and refunded me by that afternoon. Long story longer, it was a bit of a challenge to get checked in but it all worked out...sounds like traveling to me!

For the the price not worth it room to small definitely waste in money
