Great location for us. Front desk lady was very nice. Wish I could remember her name.

The dehumidifier in the room, but I believe they had just cleaned the carpet. Either way it really wasn’t a big issue.

Traveling with my dog when weather turned bad and made reservation literally 10 minutes before arrival. Front desk hostess threw out the welcome mat and treated us like family, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night.

Property is a little outdated but the warm welcome and genuine hospitality make this a great place to overnight

Check in, upon arrival to the hotel after booking the “last” non smoking room for my pregnant wife and my 3 year old and myself, the 2 ladies upfront who: 1. One Was on the phone with customer support for another person so she wasn’t even really interested in checking me in that late at night, she just said “ you know you’re gonna get a SMOKING room” I said “ no, I booked the non smoking” to what she replied, “ we don’t have any” in between her conversation with whoever she was on the phone with, 2. The Second Lady who at first I thought was a guest, since she was “hiding” in the corner where you couldn’t see her, was basically repeating what the First Lady was saying “ she’s on the phone with customer support, we don’t have any non smoking rooms” felt like talking to a ghost since she was so unbothered to even get up and and greet the customer at the desk. The whole checkin process that night was Just very unprofessional and rude from both of them. We had to then scramble to look for another available hotel at midnight and drive another 45 minutes. Partially they said it was Booking.com fault for not updating rooms, but they could’ve at the very least treated us better than just shrug it off and o well you’re out of luck.

the coffee machine and the coffee pots were at the bathroom, near the sink and the toilet. You could reach the coffee machine while you are sitting on the toilet. This was the first for me to see a coffee machine at the bathroom.

The smell of the room was not good. You walk in the door and immediately smell a dirty odor,and cleaning fluid mixed. But the bad smell was worse.
