the hotel is obviously recently built or renovated

lack of integrity of the staff, ie the room wasn't made and instead we received a letter blaming us for not leaving the room except that the time the letter was delivered we were already out and I have a parking lot receipt to prove it (see photo attached) they didn't even change the towels, also, my daughter forgot her sneakers and when we call to try to get them back they never acknowledged seeing them.

The shampoos and soaps they provide. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It smelled dirty. As soon as you walk in you can smell the dirt. The room too. The carpets need cleaning and although they are remodeling. Whoever was hired to do the job cut so many corners. The cleaning staff CAN do better. There were foot marks on the walls and the windows had marks all over. It was not inviting nor as clean as other Holiday Inns

Great location. Easy parking. Clean and everything well laid out.

The tv didn’t work, the temperature in our room was set at 70, but by 5AM it was 80. Thermostat wasn’t working.

We lost electricity for over 12 hours. Had to take stairs in the dark I missed a step and sprained my ankle. There were bed bugs in at least 2 or three rooms. I was petrified as I had a friend that had bed bugs.

Desk staff was courteous. Real good breakfast! Room was clean and spacious

The room was clean The beds were comfortable. We had a room that over looked the pool but it was quiet and we got a good nights rest.The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and the lady that served it was delightful. The car lot was gated and had cameras.

Rooms were nice, the pool was beautiful.

They didn’t restock the towels at the pool. The pancake machine was broke. No cream cheese for bagels.

Key cards gave us trouble more than once. Front desk guy was a little rude.

our microwave was broken, our fridge didn’t work and the phone to call the front desk didn’t work. complained but the issue was not resolved. constantly out of coffee at breakfast.

The the staff was very friendly, and I appreciated that

First, the TV in our Room was broken, and the remote would not work. Second, the hot water was barely hot enough to take a shower. I would describe it more accurately as warm water. I understand we’re all trying to conserve energy these days, but a hot shower is not negotiable.

Front desk staff, wonderful. Breakfast was more than continental. Teena was very sweet. Room was comfortable and larger tv than most. Definitely would stay here again. Just a couple of blocks from Graceland.
