Convenient location. That’s about it.

The A/C kicks on and off every five minutes throughout the night, waking us up. The room was musty, bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Roaches in the room. Thin walls/ceilings. Neighbors walking at 4:30 am woke us up. Drapes don’t block the light streaming into the window. Not very clean in general. Beds were worn down, not supportive.

The property was convenient and the room was clean. The cleaning staff and the evening desk clerk were very friendly. The parking lot was well lit.

The Booking.com rating was too high. I would rate it at a 5 or 6. By comparison to other properties we have stayed at, it was way over priced at $682 for a 2-night stay. The morning/day desk clerk was beyond unfriendly. She also had responsibility for the breakfast and apparently didn’t care about this task. The breakfast was only wrapped pastries and sausage biscuits and coffee urns were empty at 7AM. We were in Gainesville to attend our granddaughter’s college graduation, a high point in our lives. This was a low point.

Good location, clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast .Good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Coffee was very disappointing. We made sure and booked a room where breakfast was included and it was horrible. Only choices were prepackage bagels, muffins and you could make a waffle. Bananas were the only fruit. We don't eat bananas and the muffin and bagels were not good at all. Also it took FOREVER for the water to get hot. So a luke warm shower always sucks.

It was right off of the interstate.

I liked how inexpensive the room was. It is conveniently located in town close to things I came to see.

The room smelled like lunch meat, salami is what immediately came to mind. Our room was near the back door which kept slamming shut and the neighbors were noisy. Also the room was by the washer and dryer and we heard dryer sounds and closing the lid sounds all night. The shower had pubes in it. The beds smell musty and kind of like feet.

Smells wet, hairs on bedding, visible water damage on the floor and floorboards, shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, mattress was nasty looking.

Easy to get to.

Was given a hard time when asked for an extra towel. We booked with 3 people staying and we’re given 2 towels. Not a big deal but when I ask for another one don’t treat me like I am trying to steal a crappy towel.

No elevator to the 3rd floor and breakfast is significantly reduced.

Super friendly staff. Very clean room not just in appearance…but smelled clean also!! Good free breakfast. Directly across from Daytona speedway….shopping, restaurants…beach…

The breakfast was a poor attempt of a continental breakfast.

The shower's hot water was Luke warm at best. One of the exits were tied shut by a towel, which I thought that ALL exits were supposed to be in working order. Noisy hallways from people coming from the game, I guess. I expected more for a hotel with a nightly rate of almost $250.

Convenience. Being able to book for just one night on a football game weekend.

Room was not very clean, and had a musty smell. bathroom small but ok, small bath towels.
