they cancelled my reservation for an “emergency” just at the moment I was already there. I lost 50 dlls in Uber because of this

very good and understanding staff. comfortable, convenient. Everything was very nice from the time we entered the hotel to our exit. Many thanks to all hotel staff.

Room and bathroom were clean

There were some families with loud children hanging out in the hallway close to bedtime, making it a bit difficult to rest.

Room was clean and quiet and housekeeping was nice

They did not serve breakfast

the worst detail is that we stayed 2 nights, we could not sleep well because they were consuming illegal drugs in the next room a strong smell of burning rubber, stress out I went out to buy breakfast since breakfast is a juice and a apple,in the store they told me that in the area a project got burned down and the government had given a voucher to all those people to sleep in the hotel. The first night they change me of a floor but I have the same problem the second night, the stuff are very good. But the fact that we stain with this people is not fare to nobody

the staff have good service

I like the cleanliness of the room. I also like the amen 80s that were provided in the room. I also like and respect to the staff and their courtesy of professionalism!k
