It was affordable and the staff was pleasant.
There were no frills. Kleenex, shower cap, hair dryer, pens or notepads.
Something had ran and dried on the nightstand and hadn’t been cleaned off. The lamps are rusted and they need to be replaced.

Breakfast was good.
Dirty quilt on bed, had stains on it. Floor/carpet was dirty. Smelled like marijuana, in the hall and it sifted into our room. It was awful, I have asthma and it was terrible

Made a reservation ten days in advance requesting airport shuttle with the time needed.
Only after payment was received I was informed my request falls outside of their operating hours.

Very nice large room. Comfortable bed. Lots of grass outside for your dog.
The key cards kept not working - very frustrating but staff helped with it.

Old looking rooms terrible tv and there was no Kleenex in my room could use another trash bin

The location was good for why I was in town.
There was hair clumps in both the sink and shower, obviously they were not cleaned. We tried to use the hot tub, but the controller was broken, in fact, a person could have put their finger inside the electrical box causing injuries.

Close to movie theater and restaurants. Easy off and easy on freeway access.

It was dirty, smelly, and not maintained. I had to get new towels any time I needed clean ones. I had to trade old for new ones. Two towel minimum.

Unfriendly check in staff, room not the cleanest, too many noisy pets, breakfast was very poorly stalked. Had to search the cupboards for peanut butter, jam, etc. never did find any knives, no bread, bagels were hard and dried out. We paid cash and credit card was also charged. Hope this is straightened out by the time I get home.

The location and the price were great. The room was bright and clean.
The hot tub was not working which was a major reason why I booked at this location. The breakfast area was clean but was out of many items.

This property needs a thorough cleaning. Carpets are filthy. We received a keycard for room with an unmade bed and pillows with dirty pillowcases.
Bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Mold around the shower pan. '

We had a reservation for two beds, there were three adults in our room. We received a room with only one bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor.

Location was surprisingly easy to get to. Breakfast only had apples and coffee was weak. Had plenty of parking spots.
