Bien situé à proximité du métro, chambre propre tous les jours sauf une fois ! Du café à dispo le matin à la réception

Eu me hospedei por duas noites nesse hotel! Ele fica bem localizado, leva menos de 25 minutos de metro para ir a times square e você consegue ir caminhando até a World Trade Center! O quarto foi perfeito para quem ficar o dia inteiro na cidade e ir dormir a noite, durante a estadia a tv parou de funcionar por causa da internet e eles arrumaram em menos de 1 hora. Os funcionários da recepção são bastante ágeis e gentis, eles deixam você guardar a mala de graça após o check out! Fornecem água e utensílios para o café/cha dentro do quarto e a camareira veio arrumar nosso quarto todos os dias que ficamos lá! Preço acessível! Adorei a estadia e recomendo!

Apenas um detalhe no banheiro, faltou um box ou algum tapete, pois após tomar banho o banheiro ficava com bastante água no chão!

Said they’d give water but there was no water in room. you can’t refill your own bottles. staff listens but doesn’t act on anything.

Ótima localização, sem pequeno almoço mas com muitas opções para tomar pequeno almoço bem perto, e gostei muito da oferta de chá/café todos os dias na parte da manhã.

Desta vez fiquei muito desiludida com o tamanho do quarto (que é para 4 pessoas) mas sobretudo com o tamanho das camas! não é habitual nos USA ter camas de casal tão estreitas...

Hotel com itens novos, rooftop e restaurante em anexo. Próximo a pontos turísticos de Financial District. Cafe e água no quarto.

C'était mon anniversaire et ils m'ont offert des petits cadeaux. La chambre était grande et la salle de bain n'était pas trop serré.

Il y avait du bruit qui venait d'un placard. On dirait une machine ou bouilloire. La vue dehors était d'une grue.

The location is not bad.

Room is slightly small. Usage of lift is high and long queue.

Darrel and Alan at the front desk were the best thing in this hotel.

Terrible, terrible stay. The only good thing about the hotel are two individuals in the front desk: Alan and Darrel (both extremely nice and helpful). Everything else is terrible and as an Ambassador member I will never return. Breakfast was uneatable. Brenda at the front office was extremely rude. Turn around time for requests (towels, etc.) is extremely long. I asked for 2 pillows, and they gave it to me without the covers, and asked me to do it myself. How is this a Marriott hotel? How is it different from a cheap Airbnb?

The location was perfect and near to a lot of landmarks in NY you can reach walking , like statue of liberty and world trade center and Brooklyn bridge and all other landmarks are 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. a lot of facilities are a walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable as a point of rest and start for the trips.

The room was little small comparing other hotels but was ok for one person.

Good location, close to several subway stations. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Helpful staff. Good cleaning service.

The wifi definitely needs a solid upgrade! In my case, it basically worked only in the lobby (and my room was on the 14th floor), terrible and weak connection caused most probably by too many devices trying to connect at once, perhaps the capacity of the router was designed to serve a way smaller number of people than there are hotel guests. I'd be happy to pay for a solid, functioning wifi, because this has been an annoying experience. Window problems in both our rooms - leaky windows, we needed to use spare pillows to try to block the temp outlet, otherwise it would be freezing. A small but IMO not insignificant detail - no toilet brushes in the bathrooms, and no reaction to letters left for the cleaning service, asking for one.

Location Very Good

No chair in room and staff failed to deliver one after repeated requests. Phone in room didn't work. Terrible elevator service. One out of order. At times 15 minute wait for an elevator. One ice machine in entire hotel located on second floor with no stairway access from lobby.

Coffee in the lobby in the mornings was nice to have.

Coffee throughout the day would have been nice, as would a simple breakfast. Not many breakfast choices around the hotel, especially on weekends.

Nice room, clean and a comfy bed. Close to the 9/11 memorial, long walk elsewhere
