Todo siempre me hospedo ahí, limpio se ve seguro y aparte es cómodo y el personal amable

Que mis vecinos toda la noche estuvieron con unos gritos horribles, lleve a mis hijos y pues obviamente escucharon todo 😞 empezaron 3 am y alguien fue a tocarles muy fuerte y volvieron a las 5 am nuevamente y la persona de lobby muy apenada fue a pedir que se callaran !!! El alojamiento súper bueno pero pues ahora si buscaré hotel 😫

The bed was very comfy, and they had coffee in the morning

Our room wasn't clean properly, there was hair all over the bathroom and urine all over the toilet. It was just passed 10pm when we checked in and we did let the front desk know. They could NOT move us rooms because they were over booked. Paid over 100.00 for a nasty bathroom. I would of rather gone to another hotel. But it being Easter weekend most if not all were sold out. We had already driven almost 17 hours and where very tired.

No breakfast was offered

I feel that there needed to be ventilation in the bathroom as well as needing more toiletry and maintenance needed to be on top of certain things as the toilet handle was not working correctly had to listen to the water running from the toilet bowl all night long

I liked everything about the hotel the only down fall was I needed to use the bathroom badly and I asked for a bathroom and the receptionist said they didn’t have public restrooms.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Environment around was great, nice and quiet on the top floor.

There was no mini fridge, no microwave and the toilet was too close to the shower.

Excellent Customer service from every single staff member.Very CLEAN. Restaurants, store & gas station nearby. Pool looked very clean. Quiet place. Definitely will return & recommend.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No full size mirror, or mirror outside bath bathroom. No mini fridge . No drawers or storage for clothes. Mattress slid off bed with the slightest touch.
