Hotel just walking distance from casino. Casino staff excellent. Very helpful even when just looking for person I was with. Guy walked around with me very social.

The ATM machine was rather deceptive in where the money came out. My cousin had a problem and someone stole her money when we went to get help. The casino staff replaced the stolen money and escorted thief out( he was on camera).

Food was horrible the excuse was a new menu only item good was the fried shrimp ended up going to Chicken Ranch Casino food was awesome breakfast exceptional. The room at Black Oak was nice.

Need quality control in your food service. Not being ignored by receptionist and bad body odor. Not comped for having to get our own towels for next day stay over. Not being comped for inconvenience of smoke inhalation caused by another guests microwave incident that required the fire department to respond.

Decadent a bright light in the rooms like a ceiling light it would have been nice to have that option

Room was very clean, I wanted a room that didnt face the parking lot, which they gave me and the bed was very comfy. Enjoyed our stay.

Staff were less than enthusiastic or interested in our well being (other than Timothy the bell hop who was great!) the whole reason we stayed at this hotel was to take our kids to the arcade and bowling alley in the casino, just to find out it was all closed. We have toddlers so it was impossible to keep them entertained so we ended up leaving to drive home at 5pm. When I told the lady at the front desk we weren’t staying she didn’t even ask why or if there was anything she could help with. A real big disappointment for everyone!

I kept on hearing a humming noise from the pipes! I did have a little hard time falling sleep! Other then that it was all good😊
