The breakfast and staff was good..

The bathroom wasn't clean.. there was hair stuck in the wall in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles... Dirt ring around the tub..

Location was great with some great food right behind it , easy access to main freeway into town or out of the city Very nice spacious suites with pool and gym in the hotel

First of all! When we registered in the lobby, the person that he attended us he was attended someone else and he offered them drinks and snack. He never offered us anything, I think it's not good. Second. The principal was the bathroom,it was so dirty in the shower! The carpet of the room it was dirty! The curtain of the room it wasn't work! The bathrooms it wasn't comfortable The clothes iron did not work. It was broken I really don't recommend it. The price that we paid it wasn't worth it! I never back to that place.

The elevator kept me up during the night because of the noise it was making. Also, I couldn’t get the WiFi to work.

The Bed was comfortable.

We asked for extra regular coffee, did not realize it was decaf till morning. They could not find any creamer. After driving twelve hours we got ready for bed. I needed to sign into the wifi to check emails for work. I could not sign in. I called the front desk and they told me that some rooms have a hard time signing in, I had to go downstairs to sign in and then go back to my room. This is unacceptable. We passed through a few days before and stayed at the Aloft. Much better accommodations.

I loved how clean and nice this hotel was.

The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, the rooms pleasant, and the staff friendly and professional - all things that prompt us to seek out Hampton Inns in our travels.
