The ice machine on the first floor was broken could not find the one on the third floor because it was at the opposite end of the hallway with no signage. Staff did not seem to know if anything was going on in the area.

Nice staff, kudos to Juan breakfast manager for outstanding and attentive refilld of the hot breakfast. Good work by Jasmin desk manager to help with laundry.
Disappointed that website indicated hot tub in property, which was one of my search filters. When we checked in discovered hot tub has been broken for a while and no schedule estimate to repair. Not able to cancel my reservation without penalty so stuck. Buyer beware

Good stay. Would go back but would request a room further away from the main road and maybe on the 4th floor since you could climb on the lower roof if you wanted to from our room.
The Hotel was very clean & nice.
Lots of traffic noise since the road was so close. Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits were not good & very hard. Toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, acted like someone clogged it before our stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The water cooler & free cookies in the lobby were great. Breakfast was amazing, and facility was clean. The guy who worked the evenings during our stay helped us navigate a tricky reservation problem and we really appreciated that. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area in the future.

Room servicing was requested for linens and paper products. In 3 days, none received until we stopped at front desk for 2 wash cloths, a pillow and paper products. Language barrier is no help. Staff very friendly.

We were so grateful! We were on the road with our little family and needed a place to stay quick. We found availability here at a price we could afford. The front desk clerk saw we had a toddler and moved our room so that she would have a quiet place to sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and superior in every way. We loved it!

Had a lot of fun here, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint is that we went with our kids and the pool waterfall was broken and not working so we were all really disappointed because that’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. They really need to get that fixed because it’s pictured online and it’s not even working, for the price of the hotel they can definitely get it fixed and clean the hot tub as well it was gross! All in all pool anbd hot tub need some work, cleaned and fixed up!! Also Breakfast was just ok could be more options.
