We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and how close the strip was!

I didn’t like how the showers don’t have shelves, and the beds were a little creaky.

The location was amazing the facilities and the rooms hallways however we're not .

The hallways were filthy construction going on throughout the hotel our door had plywood on it the bottom of it was bent in at least a half an inch the plywood however was painted the room there was black mold under the sink edge nowhere to hang your towels after you showered nowhere to hang your clothes while in the room the pillows are worn out the room on a scale of 1 to 10 cleanliness at best I'd give it a six the chairs on the balcony were missing slats rusted screws exposed the hot water in the shower never get hot but was worn at best that ran out after about 5 minutes the air conditioning system would not blow any air I pulled the filters and the filters look worse than any dryer filter that I've seen my past employment 32 years experience in HVAC as I said the location phenomenal the staff great however they did tell us when I called to confirm a reservation that the pool was open it was not our room was however one that was renovated everything's outdated and worn out very poor paint job

I liked it was a good view of the ocean and near good food on the strip.

Gave us the wrong key...we could have been shot when we opened the door and startled the people sleeping in the room. Toilet did not flush. Hallway and rooms were disgusting. Grey haired manager was aggressive , called me a lier even after my wife and I watched him change the number on the key packet with a magic marker to cover over the wrong number. The same manager tried to threaten me when I told him about Aristocrat Towing tearing up 3 legally parked cars just to remove 1 car from their parking lot across the street which was to small to house all the guests they had. The trash near the doors and in hallway was running over and was never hauled away. Had to use our beach towels for showering because they would not give us any clean ones. Tried to say I did not give them the $100 deposit which they take when checking in. I had to beg and plead to get that back. There was no curtain on the door to the balcony and the curtain over the window wasn't big enough to cover them totally. The box springs made a crunching noise whenever you moved in the bed. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you value your health. We had to buy a coffee maker because there was no maker or coffee like advertised and the free so called breakfast was cereal with no milk, bread and granola bars...if you wanted breakfast the next day make sure you keep the bowl and spoon from the previous morning. There was a sign on all doors which read....treat this like home and reuse your towels and make your own bed. I hope they tear this hotel down and leave the Grey haired manager in it while doing so. I give it a negative 365 and report them to the health department.

Bugs, only one way to enter, wouldn’t give parking pass until 4(had to pay parking garage until 4),no parking at hotel and kids running and screaming in halls.

This hotel has the best location and the best price. You just can't beat the rates. The older crew prolly the owners are very nice. Some of the staff are not as friendly but no biggie. My room was clean. I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.

Dirty, mold, rude staff, attempted to charge me a smoking rate when I don't smoke. They apologize after bad reviews but don't change anything. I read the reviews afterwards. If I had have of before I would not have stayed there. Shower was broken, dirty walls, tv didn't work. I called right after check in and they said they would fix it. They didn't. Went down to front desk, still didn't fix. I came back and the male staff was sitting slouched on his phone in the lobby on 6/9/2023.

The room wasn’t clean. Smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping so they told me to unplug it rather than replace it. The shower vent didn’t work so I propped the balcony door open to let out steam and add I was naked in my room a house keeper walked in to go close the balcony. I know this because they called t phone after walking in on me to tell me to close that door. The air vents were so terribly dirty I had to remove them to run heat. The tv picture was terrible the shows on all channels weren’t clear at all. The towels had nats or flys of some sort. I took them down to the front desk she simply handed my towels from behind the desk on the floor. The new towels still has some one else’s long hair in them. The shower leaked the whole time causing a wet floor from the drip splash so I got use of the towels. Breakfast was included but they didn’t tell me that until two days into my stay however it was only bread that could be toasted and some dry cereal so I didn’t miss much but very poor breakfast. The doors were all locked so you had to walk around the building every time to enter it.

Checking in the rate that I paid is different than what they were charging this created a small issue when trying to check it. There was also mold in the room by the air conditioning unit.

It was right on the beach. There was a great restaurant next door for breakfast.

There were people on our floor fighting, yelling and playing extremely loud rap music all night. Someone came to their door at 2 am and things quieted down. Then at 5 am it started again. We called the manager, who came up to room and proceeded to tell the people that we had complained. We felt completely unsafe. When I spoke to the manager in the morning, he told me to call right down as soon as it starts. I did not feel safe after I called him. A second employee suggested I call 911 the next time.

The view is perfect and the staff are very nice. We stayed here 3 times and we will stay again.

The hot water didn't get hot and the shower wasn't working properly.
