The staff were so friendly and attentive. The location was perfect and the hotel itself had such a cool vibe!

It was more expensive than we are used to but everything was so much nicer than we are used to as well!

A shout out to the fabulous staff at The Verb hotel! Starting with Chris at the front desk who got us into our room early and upgraded us to a Fenway view room! He was incredibly helpful with letting us know all the amenities of the property, including the 24/7 Nitro coffee on tap! We loved the record selection, the hotel decor is fabulous, and the in-room record player was an extra special touch. The free breakfast was delicious, with smoothies, waffles, oatmeal, pastries and more. Crisela the breakfast attendant was very friendly, had our food ready promptly and the breakfast area was spotless! The rooms had really cool decor, and were VERY clean. Blanca had our rooms made up quickly the days we were there and we could not have been happier! The Verb location was perfect for our college visits to BU and Northeastern and was very accessible to the Greenline T for us to get into downtown, and out to visit BC and Tufts. Baseball season hadn't started when we were there, but you can't be closer to Fenway. I look forward to returning and staying in one of the really cute retro RV's they have on site! They also have on site valet parking.

The two women serving breakfast were very kind and had warm smiles. The doorman outside the hotel entrance was also very kind. Rock music was great.

My room's refrigerator (Room 140) was too cold. Everything was flozen in it We stayed for 5 nights, so it would have been great if there was a coin laundry in the hotel. It would be better if there were no holes in the glass next to the shower in the bathroom. It is better to cover all glass doors. It would be nice to have a room with bathtub.

From the moment we pulled our car up until we left it was an excellent stay. We arrived earlier than check-in time and the valet checked on our room before we even left the car; it was ready! The staff was incredible - available, friendly, helpful. The hotel was super clean and the theme was so much fun. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious, not just for a hotel but for anywhere - I had the tastiest and freshest almond muffin and almond croissant I have ever had! We would love to visit again. The hotel itself was fantastic in every way. We were visiting Northeastern University and it is easily walkable but we weren't comfortable walking across the Fens at 10:30-11pm (it was quite dark and didn't appear to be very populated, this was mid-November) so we Ubered back to The Verb. Not a problem, that was our back-up plan anyway, just including it here in case it's helpful to someone else because I couldn't find info on this prior to our trip.

Its vibe was like no other! The staff were so friendly. The continental breakfast was phenomenal with so many options I’ve never seen from an included package. I was thoroughly impressed with all the cool details throughout the hotel!

It was so cool. Like staying in a rock and roll museum! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Plus, you can’t beat free breakfast, water, coffee, restaurant discounts, record players with records, and the location!

The beds could be more comfortable. Also, it’s an old building with no elevator. Parking is expensive.

Breakfast was delicious and we especially appreciated the early availability of food the day of the Boston marathon. My husband who completed the marathon also liked the welcome back toast to his achievement.
