Pull Out couch was dirty and very uncomfortable

The lady at the front desk!! Wonderful, kind, helpful, courteous, etc.

Everything else. Rooms run down, tattered blinds, no curtains, sunken beds, rust, dripping faucets, dirty floors, need I go on. I walked in and walked out. The fact that you were so ready to give me back $48 and change was a joke. It was bad that I lost roughly $400, and I am by no means rich. I struggle just like everyone else to make ends meet. Never will use Booking.com again... ever! Hard, expensive lesson learned! I should have taken pictures. If I had, both the Inn and this site would have been embarrassed!

Save your money the hotel was way over priced for what we received. The room was extremely small, the bed was so uncomfortable I could barley sleep. We found 4 bugs in our room. After being there for an hour the manager accused my boyfriend of having a gun on him. The shower had what looked like mold or mildew and the bathroom smelt like mildew. The AC in the room barley cooled the room down. When we asked the maids if they cleaned our room they said yes but when we went in there it wasn’t touched at all. The only benefit of this place may be the location .

not one thing ! but atleast the maintenance people were helpful .

initially walking into my room I tirned on the AC and of course I assumed it needed a few moments to kick in . I ateppwd out of the room for atleast 30 mins and the room was still hot and uncomfortable . I called the front desk and they let me know maintenance would be up . two men came and removed the unit previously in the window and put a new one in . after almost 2 hrs it finally cooled off . following that , my wife noticed something moving on the wall . it was a huge roach . she immediately sprayed it with some bleach spray we often carry into hotels . she then in a panic moved the bed around where she found another roach . there were baby ones in the shower ! the facility has old what looked to have been heaters on the floor , well as we sprayed yet more roaches came out to play smh . the desk manager had an attitude in her voice when we explained we just wanted to be refunded and to leave !

Location Price Pool was nice

Very small. No room for luggage, no closet to hang clothing. Wrong size bed on frame. Air conditioner leaking on bed and was rusted. Outdated furniture.

what was there to like . dead bugs on the floor no washcloths in the bathroom …. hot water took 20 minutes to heat up ..tv didn't work correctly oh and the kicker was that Cindy at check in tellin us she's so bored and happy we could show up to give her something to do … really ? ! Then she bolted and we couldn't get ahold of anyone til the next day! -

The employees were very friendly. They were welcoming and made you feel like family. The pool guy was amazing! Location was great.

The room was not the advertised room. The bed was just ok. Room was smaller then expected. The couch was older.

Location was great!! Close to the beach and lots of stores!!

Shower stall was quite small and the curtain didn't fit well. Also, the ac was not up to par.

The pool was nice, clean and good temperature. Close to boardwalk.

Took at least 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Had to call the front desk from personal cellphone, no phone in the room. No bathroom linens in room had to call for towels and washcloths, sofa bed had no bed linens on it, had to call and ask for those as well. Had to use personal Roku information to utilize television. Never got free breakfast, which was included in price. Close to boardwalk but at the farthest end away from rides and most attractions and activities.
