No amenities at the location. Clean rooms, great location to everything

No amenities. No pool. No restaurant. You get a clean rooms, a desk and chair, the basics. The Management is getting things set up because of delays getting the building complete for the season. In due time, I think this will be a wonderful place. Location is wonderful. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk and a OC activities. Parking was available. Great host. Open to our concerns and helpful.

everything was very clean & great location

The property was nice the room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. It didn’t have ice machine or vending machine due to it being a brand new building and things being on back order but I loved how it was only about 5mins from the beach . Definitely will book again here

The property is brand new. The room is large and very clean. It is family owned and run. They are very nice people.

Could use some additional seating in the room. Maybe a small couch.

The young lady was very helpful upon checking in. She answered my questions and helped me with parking pass at a cheaper price. She was very pleasant.

Parking off street. Large rooms. Views off ground level. Balcony. Windows. Friendly staff. New facility.

Difficultly keeping shower water off floor. Noise from neighbors. Upstairs especially. Not same floor. No coffee for coffee maker. Ran out of toilet paper. No reserve. TV at odd angle even with mobile hinge

I was seriously impressed with the value and cleanliness of stay. If im back in OC will see if Dhimas is available as my goto !

Only good thing about this place is it has a porch trust me you’ll want out as soon as you step inside. Although the porch is very unstable and also it has a smart tv

It’s very dirty, very small, almost no wall outlets to plug into, no oven, no silverware, fridge does not get cold at all, bathroom was filthy and the shower curtain had clearly been used by multiple other parties before my party arrived. The toilet struggles to flush whether there is toilet paper in it or not but we were only given one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights and 5 occupants. The Floor is no where near level, very wavy and feels unsafe to walk on. The front door lock is electronic and will only work half the time. This place is a total ripoff and is not worth half of what they’re asking to stay there. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL WANT A REFUND!

It was a very convenient location. The front desk person was nice. They had WiFi.

The stove didn't work. The kitchen light was going in and out. The Futon in the living room was broken and the mattress on there was worn out so we can feel the metal. The dining table was broken. The Blinds and curtains were broken so people outside was able to look inside our apartment. The bathroom window was broken and would not close and other were able to look in. The front door had a huge gap so lots of bugs. Refrigerator door was broken couldn't close it. The one TV they had we had to restart every time we wanted to watch it. Not a family friendly place loud music all through the night drunk people smoking. I know it was a good price for where the location was. That is it.
