Nothing like the pictures, room disappointing, couldn’t find staff when checking out. Their idea of a little patio by a questionable back door was 2 folding chairs in the dirt. Curtains falling down.

Rooms looked very unfinished with curtains coming off the hook. Continental breakfast was almost not worth having.

Had to change rooms 1st thing after we packed everything in , restroom didn’t work properly, had booking contact them to let them know only needed 2 nights instead of 3 , contacted them myself via text never heard back , still got charged for 3 nights or not what 2 nights should have been, the lights in the room, some worked some didn’t, hair dryer didn’t work for wife, swimming pool still not completed and I believe I seen a review on that like from 2018 and was expecting it to be open in 2023 lol, parking is to tight, won’t be staying there again , I’ll look at other options for sure !!

The location was good for being as close as I could be to my bestfriend while we visited. I don't remember his name but the front desk gentleman when we checked out listened to our concerns gave us fresh towels that morning bso we could shower before our flight and got us a new coffee pot because the one had stopped working. He went above and beyond that morning to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our first morning going for breakfast was the worst experience I've ever had at any stay! There was 2inches of mold thick in the juice tray! The breakfast was pitiful and stale and nasty! The woman that checked us in was rude and clearly hated her job that showed alot at breakfast. And because of that I'll never stay there again!

The bathroom is really tiny. The staff were not knowledgeable about local restaurants when asked, and also unable to answer booking questions.

I booked a room with a queen bed and I'm about 99% sure we got a full bed. Breakfast spread wasn't very diverse, would have liked more protein options.

The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful to let me check in early so I could get ready for the event I was going to. I appreciated that.

The booking was a lie. Full sized bed, NOT queen. Moved rooms and even the 2nd one was a full sized too. Tiniest room. Came for the aforementioned pool that was under construction, absolutely no mention of this before booking. There were contractors actively working with power tools NEXT DOOR. The room smelled like a porta potty. And we had the room for 8 minutes, 5 of which were just waiting for the woman to come check us back out. And after cancelling the room we never even got a refund. Worst hotel! -AJ

The lobby was under some revisions and smelled of paint. Hopefully they will be done soon. The breakfast room was cramped.

The location was convenient and it was clean.
The remodeling there was nothing on the website about it everything was cluttered the pool wasn't open and it did not say that. And the room for the breakfast was very cluttered as well only 2 tables and hardly any room.

No lock on the window for a ground level room. It was very uncomfortable to know someone could have entered the room from the back of the building

pool was not available as it was drained, main reason for booking was the pool. we had to change rooms as it was dirty . soda was all over table, sticky on all tables. coffee left in the pot. refrigerator stunk. curtains had holes in them. the only thing done was bed was made. The next room was cleaner but The air conditioner, was not fit in the wall right. You can see the outside around the edges. Still was not clean enough up to par. And the curtains were horrible you couldn’t even open them to look outside. The breakfast was not up to par. Coffee juice and a waffle maker.

Fairly clean for the most part. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Shampoo and conditioner provided were a good brand.
Pool was closed which was a huge reason we booked this hotel. They did not let us know that the pool was not open. Remote to the TV did not work. Staff was there but seemed unconcerned with anything. Nobody was at the front upon check in. There was a phone with a number to call however nobody answered the phone and had to wait a but 15 minutes before someone came to check us in. Duvets for the bed were a little dirty.

Breakfast was simple, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins, and a waffle maker. What I didn’t see and expected was some yoghurt, which they did not have. What they did have was fine.
The rooms were clean, but the towels in the bathroom were small and very thin, and no washcloths. There was a refrigerator in the room, but when I opened it, it was not turned on and it smelled inside.

The towels were stained and should be thrown out. There was a large stain on the queen mattress top left corner. Rooms could have been cleaned a little better. The morning of check out there was no hot water. The cold shower was not the best.
