cleaning of bedroom didn't happen while we were there

It was quiet, cozy and comfortable. The French doors opening to the balcony were nice.

I shared a bathroom with room 7 but honestly it wasn’t an issue. Just weird for me.

I had a very enjoyable experience here. The room felt like being in a rustic cabin in the woods! The proximity to downtown Leavenworth is amazing and the shower was nice and hot! I loved the decor and the atmosphere. I received an email the morning of my stay with the self-checkin details, just as bookings.com said I would and found the process quick and easy.

I could hear some noises from the room above me, but what do you expect in a historic building. There was only a shower, no tub. No big deal.

I loved the location. Very convenient to do things around the town. Rooms were prepped well and clean. Came with many little amenities (coffee, microwave, etc.). AC/Heat works great. Check-in/check-out was easy.

The beds can be uncomfortable. The pillows were just okay. I wish there was a desk or something in my room.

It was just steps away from front street and we could walk everywhere. It came with a parking spot as well. It was cozy and quaint, and we absolutely loved it!

The location was right in the middle of everything! The room was spacious and decorated adorably! We had plenty of room. The air conditioning was perfect on a hot day. The parking space was great too!!

The bathroom was very small and very noisy. The toilet made a noise like the emergency broadcast signal while the tank was filling. The fan was extremely noisy. There is no staff on site.

The location and history of the hotel is great The decorations are cute and simple.

I've stayed at this facility and will keep coming back. However, I was very disappointed on this trip. The first night we arrived, one of the guests brought small dogs that just barked. After an hour of non-stop marking, I tried to call management and was only able to text them. I did get a text back stating they would take care of it. Another hour went by before the dogs stopped barking. I didn't get any follow-up on my problem. As i was leaving, I saw the sign that showed a $500 dollar fine for animals. I agree with this fee, but what about the loyal guests who couldn't enjoy the facility?

Loved the views from the balcony, the decorations of the room, and the maps of the town provided to us! The location was amazing, the common areas were so cute and the bed was so comfy.

Very little wifi signal (which could be good or bad depending on your viewpoint), shower was tiny, and water pressure was not ideal after a day of skiing, but it was still a lovely stay nonetheless!

This property is a mixed bag: The staff was super friendly. You can call them, and they are quick to reply and to help. Location was great. The room was clean and looked fresh and inviting. Parking was behind the property, which gives you not only easy access to the property but also the town. They offer many highlights, and we enjoyed them.

Our experience was like a motel: entrance to the room was from the outside. They have some rooms that are like that: you enter your room directly through an outside door. If you're big on security, this might not be your thing. Not all rooms are like that: they also have some rooms that have a door to an inside hallway. The room we had had a connecting door to the neighboring room. The wall and door were so thin, we could hear every word the neighbors spoke and we could listen to the movie they watched. That was annoying. (Good news: we requested a different room for our second night, and the staff switch rooms for us without problems) Getting the key required a passcode that we didn't have. It might have been in an email in the junk folder of my computer at home - but it wasn't on my phone or anywhere accessible. There is no staff on site, but there's a phone number where you can call someone remote. They were friendly and quick to provide the passcode over the phone. Next little glitch: you actually need two passcodes. I didn't have anything to write on me, and staff was busy and had to get off the phone for the next caller, so it was just a hazel to memorize two codes under pressure in the cold, outside the property, knowing your cozy night depends on getting this right.

The room look exactly like the pictures—very cute. The location was very walkable and convenient to the gift shops and pedestrian area. Loved that they offered dog available rooms for $25 extra.

The rooms are all controlled by central heating and cooling which isn’t written on the booking site that I could find. It was so hot in our room that we had a hard time sleeping. There was a fan but it just moved the hot air around. We were on the ground floor and the window didn’t open for relief, and when we cracked our door to the sidewalk with the safety chain in place our dog that we brought with us whined/barked/or growled based on the noises he heard all night. Between the heat and trying to manage the dog with the door open it was a bad nights sleep. We had a three night reservation for our wedding anniversary and we had to leave after one night. I called to try and get the last night reimbursed (I called in the afternoon on the second day so I didn’t feel right asking for a refund for that second night, and there is no front desk so you have to call their help line) and while the woman on the help line has been wonderful both times I’ve called, management has continued to ignore her two follow-up emails and my follow-up email that she recommended I send. Very poor management of the property in order to prevent bad experiences by having thorough descriptions of rooms and then not communicating after the fact for a resolution. Book here if you’re fine sleeping in temps over 70 degrees.

The location is excellent! You are able to walk out your front door to shop or eat.

The room was a lot smaller than we expected and very hot. There was no way to control the heat except opening our back door.

The rooms are small and quaint. But very comfy beds. The baths are small too, but it works! Lots of hotwater. The WIFI isn't that great to stream tv - but the location was perfect, central to everything.

Wifi, no staff to greet you but self check in was good and easy. Rooms are really small - but having the balcony was awesome.

The location and the staff were great. We had to postpone our visit because of weather conditions(roads were closed) and they were super helpful, tried to do their best. The rooms were very clean and I like that they still have no contact check-in process

Cozy environment. Ended up with a problem and after contacting management an attempt was made to quiet rude neighbors. The managment got on the problem asap but it didn't correct the problem...
