It is close and within walking distance to town! It comfortably fits two couples, and is very clean. The host is pretty quick to get back to your questions or concerns. It was a nice place to spend a few days!

We arrived to a cold space and a note saying the downstairs toilet was running. The upstairs toilet was also finicky, and you had to play with it to flush anything more than urine. It wasn't the type of place you just arrive and relax. You had to play with the door to open and lock it, and the the host wants you to strip the beds and throw the garbage. The one bedroom heater was finicky, and the front entrance needs a larger rug (it's very slippery with the snow). Also, for folks looking for an updated place, this is not it; the fixtures in the bathroom and half of the kitchen are from the last century (this didn't bother me). Finally, if you have an oversized vehicle it is a difficult parking space to get into.

We had a wonderful time at Romas Cottage. It was perfect for us. The second bedroom upstairs bed could have been more comfortable and the arrangement of the furniture downstairs as well. (The recliner blocked the heater). We moved the recliner a bit and then returned it to its place. It was quiet and beautiful. Close to shopping and the sleigh ride. Well appointed and easy access for everything we needed. Leavenworth is gorgeous in the snow. Made our Christmas

Better mattress on the front bedroom and move the recliner out of the path of the heater. Otherwise it was perfect.

Plenty of room for 4. Very clean, close to activities. Plenty of utilities, 2 bathrooms, cooking items and dishes. Really nice to have comfy recliners, large screen tv and king size beds.

Garage/ turn around not big enough for suv or pickup. Shouldn't be advertised as cottages as not seperate units and too close together.

The location is great.

The place is in a cul de sac with lots of vacation places. It doesn't have a view but it isn't expensive so that is not surprising.

The property had two king size beds! one is often hard to find anywhere and everything was clean! Access to the Jacuzzi was a huge plus and totally took care of my migraine from traveling

The property was very cozy! Would like to see the carpet replaced with a warm tone Engineered wood flooring to brighten up all the beautiful furnishings and decor.

Conveniently close to everything. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen well-stocked with supplies.

An air filter (or two) might be helpful in keeping the air more fresh-smelling. It smelled a little musty each time we entered the property. The keypad for the door didn't consistently unlock/lock when we entered the code. Sometimes it would cancel itself before all four digits could be pressed.

Location was good and beds were nice.

The one side of the recliner couch didnt have a remote so couldnt be extended

It's walking distance from town. Kitchen is stocked with what you need. Communication with the host was easy.

Parking a second car was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. There are signs on the side road that say you can't park there due to snow plowing. I think a rule until March 15th?

The hot tub and the master bedroom

a nice property close to town. the apartment was nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

one of the remotes for the chair wasn’t there so only 1 chair worked.

We appreciated the coffee in the cupboard and a full kitchen. We very much appreciated a clean cottage! The beds we spacious and fairly comfortable. It was cozy, quiet, practical and tasteful.

Couldn't find serving bowls in kitchen. 1/2 of the massage/recliner chair was missing remote.

I thought the unit had a patio with the table and hot tub...but it's not connected to the unit, it's a little communal area at the back. Though honestly, I didn't read, I saw pictures and made assumptions, so it may have said they're not connected.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for eating in. The location was at the edge of town.

Building maintenance was going on. Resulting in no hot tub or outside seating. Got noisy and wet as they power washed and scraped the outside of the building our last morning. Wished we would have known before we arrived.

Our main reason to select this property was the hot tub. It was disgusting. The water was very, very cloudy plus it had a disturbing scum on top. It looked more like a sewage treatment than a hot tub. The tub would have to be drained, thoroughly cleaned and refilled before it would be useable. Communication is not the owner's strong suit. Each time I called he let it go to voice mail, for the door code instructions and the problem. The host blamed the property manager when I contacted him about this problem. I asked for a discount because of this shortcoming, to which he said that he would have to talk to Booking. Why? Who knows? It's his property but that is just a convenient foil. I DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. Definitely would not recommend this property.

Location was good. Within walking distance of the town. A good amount of space for the place. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Off street parking.

It was very strange with so many rules about the towels. That, along with watered down soap lowered the experience making it feel kind of stingy. The downstairs bathroom had a horrible mold smell. When I arrived, there was a dirty plate on the living room table and that makes me question how thorough of a cleaning job occurred between me and the last guest.

The location is easy to find off Highway 2. It’s a longer walk into downtown, but a very short drive. (Go early in the day to park if you can—Leavenworth gets very busy!) The space was big enough for our group, and there is a bathroom downstairs and one upstairs, which was convenient. We were next to another ladies’ weekend group and didn’t hear any noise—and they reported the same! The only evening noise we ever heard was from the hot tub the first night. Seriously impressive. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there are grocery options in-town. I appreciated the posted information and check-out instructions. It made it very easy for us!

Be advised that one of the upstairs bedrooms does not have AC—prepare accordingly during the summer! The mattresses are also very soft, so if you’re used to firm mattresses, just be aware of that. Other than those minor notes, this is a very good choice for a Leavenworth stay!

The property was within a short drive to town. The beds were large and comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional to be able to cook some meals.

There was only A/C in one bedroom. The hot tub is shared with others. The TV in the living room didn’t get the cable Chanel’s only Net Flicks. It was extremely hot and the freezer wasn’t keeping things frozen. The property manager came to the property and came in without being invited in and was upset because I asked for additional towel. She wanted to know how many people were there, it was really quite rude. The electricity blew and I had to call owner to reset the breaker.
