It was close to everything we were in Bend for.

Parking was super full.

The hotel is a typical Hampton Inn & Suites, which in my experience have always been clean and comfortable. But if you stay at this hotel, be aware that if you book on a Friday or Saturday evening. the hotel is located right next to Hayden Amphitheater as well as a river that people float down. We were not aware of this when we reserved a room for a Friday night rest stop. There was a concert that night and we could hear the music in our room not to mention all the people walking through the parking lot and talking very loudly late in the night (some with their flotation devices). I don’t have a problem with any of those activities, I’m just saying it wasn’t very peaceful and did not make for a good night’s sleep. Also, there was an entrance in the hotel parking lot to a lower parking lot for the Amphitheater parking. There was a lot of traffic coming in and made the entrance to the hotel parking lot a bit of a zoo

Cleanness. It's the first thing I'm looking at booking a hotel. I don't think you can find a cleaner hotel in Bend. Also modern and in very good condition the entire room and the rest of common areas of the hotel. Looks like a new hotel. We loved everything about the hotel and it's for sure where will stay next time going there.

Great location that is walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the salt water pool!

The hotel is new and in good condition. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely finished. I would absolutely stay there again.

The breakfasts were underwhelming. It is always the same in hotels, waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, a couple flavors of yogurt, and some bread to toast. I wish they made something on premises.

Breakfast is a bit more generous than in many similar hotels, The location is great. The shopping area is just across the small bridge over the lake. The night view is beautiful. Welcome fruit is provided.
