When I arrive at the motel room that I was assigned to, I did a walk through all well the maintenance on the room was in good condition, and it was immaculate and well maintained and very everything did work

Well, when I did the walkthrough, I noted a hole next to the bed toward the window i guess for the low prices of a motel room you can't expects perfect just need to make sure all the rooms repair before you rent there,

We really only stay at Red Roof because of our little Schnauzer. She can stay free!! That is a huge bonus for us!! The room didn't include coffee or a continental breakfast but it was comfortable.

Sometimes a little noisy from other customers, but that has nothing to do with the facility. Lighting could have been better in the parking lot.

Room was overall clean (minus one bed and shower curtain.) The location was good to get on the main roads. There was also close by places to get something to eat easily.

Wish there was at least a mini fridge and microwave. One of the beds had stained sheets and the shower curtain had what appeared to be blood stains, kind of spooky,

Loud talking outside late at night, doors slamming at all hours of the nights. Spreads on bed was stained.

too many people being noisy outside our door. including staff members. 2nd to 3rd shift and they were out fairly early being loud. other than that it was great

Our accommodations were exactly what we expected.

Booking through a second party - I should have called the hotel directly - I could have paid $7 less per room per night if I had.

I liked the convenience and pricing for what we received. It was comfortable overall.

There was a lot of dirty messes near some doors and on some floors. In our room, the AC wasn’t working and it was entirely too stuffy and warm in our room once we turned the heat on cause we weren’t able to cool it down.

Next door to Cracker Barrell. Quiet. No noise from other rooms.

Clerk had her family hanging out in the lobby and all were in their pajamas with food all over the place. It was very dark outside. Felt very uncomfortable out side the room. The bed had to be ancient. Made awful noises when you turned.

We loved the location—once we found it. it was very difficult to find. We didn’t want housekeeping for our stay, and they respected that. The room was very dusty, but we felt safe and appreciated our privacy.

Price considered, Red Roof Inn Asheville West is a nice motel to stay at. The location is fair — not downtown where lots of action occurs, but not too far away for a drive there. I like that gas stations are located nearby and the interstate highway is not far for those just passing through. I always worry about the cleanliness of the places I stay. The beds were clean. This motel was well kept and the room was updated with quality floors and a semi-modern feel. Scott at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our comfort was his priority. I cannot say enough positive things about him.

I loved the price and location . This was a repeat stay for me.

I di not like thT I didn't have any heat in my room and there was no one to call and ask about it. I called the number and no one asked
