We were thrilled it was pet friendly. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast plans so didn't eat there but it looked really good. The dog did have a little scrambled eggs and bacon and gave it two paws up! The bed was super comfy. Whole place was clean and very quiet despite the fact that it was pet friendly and our room was by the elevators.

Everything except view, but that wasn't important as it was bitter cold and snowy. The staff and the hotel lobby were impressive. Our room as well. A beautiful choice and unexpected. Would stay again.

A GREAT Hotel with shuttle that will take you all over Madison. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, past the normal shuttle operating time, but the driver stayed on, picked us up and brought us to the hotel.

Price… very expensive

Loved the breakfast. Not just donuts and coffee. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, sausage, juices, pancakes.

Grandkids said the pool wasn't very warm.
