Great location, comfortable bed

The room has carpeting which was completely spotted and stained. The carpet all over the hallways is the same and to cover up smell, a freshener is used which makes the place smell awful. The smell is only covered up and doesn't do anything. The bathroom could use attention. The toilet handle was rusty and gross. The tub was discolored. Quite a disappointing experience and will not be returning.

Offered free limo service within city limits. NOT TRUE! We asked to go to Scoops. An ice cream place on Kalamazoo st. 1.4 miles from the hotel. Male desk help said no that it was out of the city. Seriously, get to know the city! You offered to take us to Kilwins which was further away. Also the Lady with the half purple half blonde hair at the front desk was rude when I had asked about sour room. I had never stayed there, but please remember, first impressions stick!

The place was in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Staff was friendly especially cleaning lady. Room was cleaned daily had they had free water.

Breakfast was just ok, not much choice. Hall carpets looked dirty and dingy. Toilet was real small.

We stayed in a 3 queen bed suite and it was perfect for all of us. The patios were nice and we had great views of Lake Michigan. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Fabolous location with a great view. The rooms very big with a cosy little terrace. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I could ear loudly the steps of the people upstairs. Also I could not switch off the light in the terrace, so I had all night long lights coming in the room.
