Our check-in was wonderful, service was great. The hotel feels outdated, but it is clean and comfy. The breakfast offered wasnt the best, very little selection compared to other hotels. Overall, we would stay here again for the service alone.

It would be really hard to stay anywhere else in petoskey!
We had a hotel booked in pellston but after 1 sleepless night we moved to odawa. It’s clean, spacious, quiet and the location is great.very nice indoor pool and hot tub

Not a bad price but every morning was very noisy by the housekeepers. I heard them banging doors open and making noise from 9am to 12pm. Could not get any sleep. Breakfast for a hotel, especially for a casino hotel was horrible. Just cereal and muffins is all they can do 😒. The shower was clogged on the day we checked in. They did give $15 a day per person for the casino. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were nice too. They should put a little more money into the hotel. Staff is very nice just noisy. Not sure is I would go back but, if they make some improvements then maybe.

Stay was underwhelming to say the least. While the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, the hotel rooms were pretty basic, would compare the rooms to that of a Days Inn or other mainstream hotel chain. Was honestly expecting much more out of a casino hotel. Had some minor problems with a domestic altercation in the room next to me my last night, keeping me up past 2am. But the staff was great and even allowed me to stay past check out time due to a unexpected vehicle repair.

The room was clean. Our room overlooked the heating units. Lots and I mean lots of bird poop so that was disgusting. The breakfast was limited and bland.

Mold all over in the bathroom. No refund or discount because I booked thru Expedia, instead I was only offered a free night stay but we won’t be back. Beds are double beds (tiny) and just overall not worth the money.

The room was beautiful and the bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help, even offering suggestions for where to have dinner, nice parks to visit, and where to watch the sun set. I will only stay at this hotel when i come back to Petoskey. I am already looking forward to when we will come back.

We liked the stay but the rooms would be better if they were 2 queens instead of 2 double beds. Also, the breakfast was all packaged items...i would hardly call it a breakfast. We typically choose hotels based on breakfast and pool, the breakfast options were bad. The pool was fine and so was the hot tub.

Pros: close to Petoskey State Beach and other beaches, nice area, hot tub was an extra bonus and came in handy with all the walking we did! Casino shuttle bus available around the clock too!
Cons: no bathroom fan in the room but room did have ac unit (not the newest), hallways seemed sorta stagnant and stuffy, also no breakfast buffet was able during our stay as said in hotel description, so that was disappointing..overall it was decent and would stay here again.

Room was mediocre double beds were tiny. I believe full size beds. Not comfy and the room wasn’t cleaned after initial check in. I guess you have to request it or something along those lines. For the money, can’t complain I guess I was just hoping for more.
