Friendly staff

Dirty rooms, holes in blankets and sheets microwave was missing the plate. It was just a terribly dirty place.

There were cockroaches inside of the rooms, due to them being filthy.

There were no towels in the room so I went and asked at the front desk for towels - he said ok and never took them so an hour passed and I went back and asked again and he said we had to wait for the maid to get here at 10- I told him that we need to be somewhere soon and he didn’t seem to care. A lady finally comes to bring towels but only will give us 2 big towels a wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 4 adults!!! How is that possible? when I asked for more she said they couldn’t give us more so we shared towels - in my opinion what the hell is the purpose of showering to share towels!!!

beds were a little stiff for my back and there was roaches everywhere in my room and bathroom

it was disgusting. Front desk was rude when we checked in. first set if rooms had cockroach’s all over bodily fluids on the comforters. second room toilet not connected to the floor shower dis not drain towels dirty so filthy and gross we left right away in the morning couldn’t stay

Good location to The University

wasn’t kept up very well. No tissues, cups or coffee for the coffee pot. No ice bucket wasn’t even sure where the ice machine was. No breakfast. I think we’re past the time for covid being the reason for no breakfast.

Bed was comfortable to sleep in & the free wifi was good & the front desk people we're nice.

Room was half clean, the air,tv, & phone was broken & the microwave, & min frige was so nasty could use them, & took use 3-4 days to get any housekeeping survive & there were bugs

How close to downtown it was

The rooms need more pictures on the wall and could use some new plumbing......I have not recieved my deposit back gonna wait until tomarrow then call about it.

I like the staff they did what was asked and help fast with what needed to be done.

I didn't like that I could get money back when we didn't get the room that we were booked for and that when we were moved to a new room it had cockroches but we stayed because we paid almost 250.00 for the room.

Cheap and cozy. Good for a short stay.

Don't stay long-term, there is a prison around the corner

handy capped and they gave us a room the furthest from the parking lot, very ran down, vending machines empty, people hanging out and being loud

We arrived police were on scene and the room smelled dirty and not sanitized. Beds were not made properly like they were used already. We cancels the room. We are requesting refund. We will see what happens.
