The best thing was the breakfast. Hot eggs & sausage. The Texas Toast was too big for the toaster, so the top did not get toasted. Everything was fresh and tasted good.
The room had a unpleasant smell to it. The 5000K LED lighting gave a harsh commercial feel. No comfortable seating.
It was difficult to get to the location at night with the freeway access, even with my GPS it took 3 attempts.

Location and there was a smell when I arrived, very musty. Could have been the pool but it was pleasant. The room as well felt a little stuffy and the tub was weirdly shaped, having a shower was uncomfortable as the shape of the tub felt as if I could fall at anytime. The tub felt slimy on my feet.

The coffee machine in the room was broken, so I got coffee from the lobby. I told the staff when we signed out from the facility.

I loved that you all offered breakfast. The breakfast was great and there was plenty to choose from. The breakfast, the pool and the location made our stay totally worth it!
I was a little surprised that there was no microwave in the room. I did use the one downstairs but this seemed like a hotel that would have a microwave in the room. 🤷🏽

Very old bathrooms, loud ac unit by window, had to go get sheets from from desk when the sofa bed had dirty sheets

Breakfast was a nice touch! Shower was good, soap, shampoo nice as well. Service up front was good and additional snacks and drinks were also a positive.

The staff not knowledgeable about what they are charging customers and then when asked about it they accuse you and f being wrong and still was charged after they said wouldn’t be.

It was a great area to stay Dave and buster was right next to it it was excellent
We booked another hotel threw booking.com but when we got there they wanted to charge us hidden fees so we had to go find somewhere else we winded up at Hyatt and the staff that was working treated us different and we’re rude I guess they thought we didn’t have the money to be there

It was fine. I probably will go somewhere else next time, but it was perfectly fine.
I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Place hotels that have chrome cast in all tvs and have real plates/utensils at breakfast, and better coffee cream options. So it’s not that I didn’t like anything specific about this property, just didn’t have exactly what I was expecting.

Breakfast was good and worth paying more for room as a result. Pretty far from downtown Austin area, a rental car was necessary.

The breakfast was great and the rooms had everything you would need from a fridge to a pull out sofa bed. We traveled with our 5 year old and got in late. They checked us into our room quickly and having the food available 24/7 was great because we were able to order a pizza.
