The owner was willing to refund our second night after we decided not to stay. We prepaid, and they have a no refund policy, but they made an exception for us. That’s the only pleasant thing about the Heber Inn.

We had no hand towels or wash cloths. The main room light was burned out. The tub and toilet was disgusting. Carpet looked filthy. Exterior was in poor condition. A/C - heater was in serious disrepair. Check in clerk was useless; made us wait until morning to see our receipt. Smoke alarms were ripped out.

Missing bulbs, broken furniture not clean. Clerk gave room key to another person who had reservations. Luckily I had a chair blocking the door

It was literally 3 minutes away from the location I needed to be for work.

They did try to make it right by getting me a different room that was clean and did not have biohazerdous matter on the bed and in the trash like the first room. However, The room I ended up in the fridge and microwave were not pluged in. Microwave was missing the plate inside. Fan in the bathroom did not work. The heating unit/cooling unit was not turned on and it plummeted down to 34 degrees the first night. Water for the shower never reached a good heat so I was best to go elsewhere to warm up. Second night was a bit easier to sleep once the heater was going. Locals cringed when I was telling them where I ended up. This place has a poor reputation and is least recomended by locals. I've been to many hotels and Inn's, I don't mind old or outdated stays, but this has been by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

There was nothing to like. No hot water in the whole building no towels and the light right above the bed had no switch to turn it off when the people next-door complained they had the cops called on them and we’re escorted off the property with no refund

The entire experience was horrible I’d gladly pay more than stay there again

Somebody at the front desk running hot water a toilet that didn't leak water all over the floor ATV that actually worked a couch that didn't come from the 1970s that had a cushion in it

The office stunk like no other

I liked the location and the price.

the hotel room seemed dirty. There was still trash in the room and the tub was broken. Was only given one towel even though I had checked into a two bedroom with two guests. No soap was provided for washing hands.

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. No one stays at the front desk. They just put signs up with numbers to call. One family lives there and they are nice but the staff as a whole is useless. One of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The mechanical lock on the door was broken. There was a TV with no cables attached too it so it was useless. Holes in the walls. When I brought these up, the staff said don't stay here next time. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. It needs to go out of business.

Good location, priced well

it’s old. which is fine. The rooms really need a deep cleaning, as well as the parking lot. It could be a charming little hotel if it were just cleaner. The manager was pleasant. Someone had obviously broken the no smoking rule, because our first room just stunk of smoke. They moved us, and were nice about it. It would also be nice to take a warm shower. The water gets luke warm at best.

There was roaches and I have photographs it was terrible the the bed was hard as a rock and the Springs were coming through my granddaughter and I had to sleep in the same bed because the other bed was way worse it's a terrible Place do not book there I would never have done that if I knew of course but you don't know till you get there stayed one night because it was horrific

There was NO HOT WATER. No ice machine, not even cups in the room for brushing teeth. Electrical system is a fire hazard.

After being moved to a different slightly less broken room the bed was soft.

All fixtures were missing, shower head, toilet paper holder, towel holders bathroom door knob was coming off. Was moved to a different room on second night and the TV was broken.

The room was clean and smelled nice.

There was no shower head in the bathroom. The toilet paper was in the window because the holder was broken. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was very warm. The screens were missing so we couldn’t open the windows. The WiFi was crappy. The TV reception was terrible. We had to screw in the lightbulbs to turn on and off lights. But hey, the room was clean and smelled clean.

Friendly staff. Room was larger than expected.

- phone was glued to the cradle as some sticky substance had been previously spilled on the night stand and all over the phone - there was no remote for the TV but the attendant was able to locate a remote. - no hand or face towels - back of bathroom door was spattered with something dark colored.

No breakfast was offered.

100 degrees outside (june) put in a room with broken air conditioner. Had to move all our gear and dogs to another room. Bed mattress on a tilt. Stairs to upstairs level looked like they should be condemned. Front office dirty and untidy. Staff eating meal at front desk.

Wouldn't recommend at all.

Many necessary items in room were broken...tv did not work...toilet paper holder broken...np WiFi as advertised...disgusting stains next to the bed...hairdryer did not work...inexperienced teenager checked me in and I had to SHOW HER HOW TO USE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE!!!! ALSO HAD TO WAIT IN THE RAIN FOR 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN OFFICE SO I COULD CHECK IN. WINDOW LOCKS BROKEN AS WELL.

No hot water ran shower with hot water only and never reached Luke warm. TV offered only a few channels. No news.

The location was close to our meeting place

no TV remote they were slow getting us a remote!!!!
