The staff is very nice. I stay their 1 -2 nights a month to spend time with my boyfriend. we both have a dog & they have plenty of grass area close to the rooms. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable.

It would be nice if they had a small 1 cup coffee maker. But I understand people steal them. Ruins it for everyone else.

The room was big.

It was not clean, there were no towels in the room when we got there at 12 am so my husband had to take a shower and not dry himself off. He just went from shower to bed to dry off.

The rooms are big. That is really the only thing I liked about the whole place. Oh, and it has free wifi!

Not all the staff was good. The housekeeper made you pay for things you needed including towels, sheets, and toilet paper. The maintenance man's wife stole people's clothes out of the laundry room also.

Bugs in the bed. Dirty bathroom upon check in. Smelly rooms. Crumbling walls. No deadbolt on door. Couldn't wait to leave. My friend couldn't sleep in his room because it was so gross, he ended up sleeping in the car, and they would only refund half of his money. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Drug deals and drug addicts occurring outside of my door. Loud arguments outside my door by said drug addicts. Staff person did not want to give us more than one towel. Dirty room. Hair on shower wall. Urine stains still on floor in bathroom

That there was some gortons fish sticks left in the freezer for us..lol...

Got in late at 1:00 am. To a room that was so very dirty that I cleaned it before we even set things down. The lysol wipes I used were filthy when done . I Unfortunately did not have a broom or mop. So we just wore our shoes if we moved off the bed. Location was fairly evident as the sun went down and the hookers popped up for the evening work schedule. Thank god my children are grown and outta the house cuz I surely would hate to explain those ladies. We recieved one white towel that was brown stained all over and 2 wash cloths in the same condition for the whole 3 days because we never saw a housekeeper in our 3 day stay. Which led to our 1 little trash can to be overflowing...water pressure in shower was awful & I had to unstop the trash out of the drain so it would drain.no adequate secure lock(1/2) was missing and the door had daylight coming thru on 3 sides. Walls were paper thin , so noise was constant. After 3 days of poor sleep I am so very excited to get home to a shower and towel /washrag and clean comfortable surrounding. I recommend No one rent at this horrifying establishment and booking.com should not have them on a referring list.

Ask for a printed invoice/receipt at checkout. Auditor told me I had to get it from Bookings site instead of saying certainly and handing it to me. Need a printed TV channel guide in the room.
