They denied me stay because of my service Dog. They claim they didn't believe me after the fact I showed them proof

Spaciousness of the room

Room not clean. Had to ask for an iron; old washed out used towels; music very loud from club across the street ; floors weren't mop or swept well.

The location is nice.

The check in person was polite. The bed slept comfortably. I am glad I had an extra set of sheets and a comforter in my truck.

The room was not up to the standards. The speard on the bed had a stain on it. Also, in the bathroom it look like it was boo boo stain on the curtain in the shower and on the handle as well. My suggestion it to remove the shower curtain every time a customer leave and wash it. Housekeeper need to really thoroughly clean a bathroom no matter what. Also, the room didn't have a table nor chair in it.
