I liked everything

Clean room and bathroom. The beds and pillow were very comfortable.

There was a hole in the carpet on the floor.

Location is handy

Cleanliness. Asked housekeeping if they could change our bedsheets and was told we only do that every 3 days. Needed fresh towels was told to go to the front desk but besure to put the dirty ones in the hallway. For the inflated price of the room due to a sporting event, housekeeping could have a little better. The hotel is self, needs some maintenance, wallpaper peeing off the bathroom wall, and caulking around the tub area needs to be replaced.

Prices were to high for the condition of the hotel. It needs to be updated carpet smells and the couch had stains on it. And housekeeping never cleaned our room and we asked the front desk more than once.

Room 211 had no heat and no hot water. I had to switch rooms at around 10:30pm do to this matter. No accommodation were made. And I was still charged $192 for my stay. At the least I could've been offered a second night.

Guess service was nice & friendly and very helpful

Nothing due to so many cons

where should i start, well after driving 8 hrs from Virginia, we got to hotel and had to change rooms 3 times in one night. First room had broken heating and AC unit, 2 room had a broken toilet and 3 room had two tv’s in it and neither worked. then finally the 4th room we went to , the water didn’t get got the next morning but because we were leaving the next day, we dealt with it. Needless to say we will never stay at Fairfield ever again in life! Sad part is i picked this hotel because i stayed there last year and loved it. My trip was destroyed because of all this.

The variety of breakfast items were a plus. I was very pleased with the Turkey sausage, toppings for oatmeal and yogurt.

The bed was extremely hard woke up every day with back pain due to this. I wish they changed up the breakfast menu
