The only thing that I liked there was the front desk was very nice and the people doing the breakfast was sweet and helpful.

Sheets were dirty and had a blood stain on the fitted sheet and comforter. There were cobwebs around the corners of the room. Some kind of black hand print smeared on the wall. Bathroom mirror had cleaner smeared across it like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. Bathtub was so dirty that I cleaned it myself. Our friends had a worse experience finding a used needled under the mattress and had to call the cops.

I think the pool should’ve been open, it was the Saturday before Memorial Day definitely hot enough and they know ppl will be traveling that weekend…. Who opens a pool up on a Monday anyways.

The coffee at breakfast was good,and the service was amazing, but the bagels were stale.

They very badly need to clean their walls, light switches, doors, ect.

Our room had stains on the comforter, curtains were ripped, hair all over the floor in the bathroom, shower nozzle didn’t work, and A/C was poor.

Wasn’t very clean. Bathroom had lots of hair that didn’t belong to my spouse or I. The shower ceiling and wall very visibly dirty. As were the shelves in the shower that hold the soap and body wash & etc. the area next to the toilet had crumbs. There crumbs on the bed spring when I pulled the comforter back off the bed. You could tell the housekeeping doesn’t pay lots of attention to details. Didn’t take any photos because we checked in around 11/11:30 PM after driving hours we were exhausted. We checked out the following morning.
