Bed was so comfortable and loved the sit down vanity. Room was very nice and clean, mini bar was so convenient and reasonably priced. They let us check in really early which was so nice and greatly appreciated. View was great and location was perfect for walking around downtown. The restaurant downstairs was really good!

The LED lights on the thermostat did not dim so was really bright at night, had to throw a towel over it to sleep.

Amazing location and confortable room

The vibe, it is a great hotel, well located and it has a lot of activities (bar, coffee and restaurant).

My only problem with the hotel was that I paid to have breakfast and I didn’t know it was an amount ($25) per day and per person. And it was even more frustrating when I saw my bill and they didn’t discount it, so I asked in the reception and she did, but she said the amount was in fact $20, so I had to show my reservation to get the correct amount. And all this discussion took me more than 30 minutes.

The location was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. The shower was great with good water pressure. Nice city view from the room.

The bed room was smaller than we expected. It felt kind of cramped.

Diese Idee mit den Credits für die beiden Frühstückslocations (50$ für 2 Personen) Viel zu teuer - steht absolut nicht im Verhältnis zu den Produkten! 1 Schokocroissant 8$??? Ernsthaft?? Ein Bagel mit Lachs 21$???? Wenn das 2 Leute frühstücken kommt man IMMER über 50$ und das Hotel verdient sich eine goldene Nase. Gegenüber ist ein Dunkin Donuts. 1 Donut 1,69$! Da hätte ich knapp 50 frühstücken können... Ein "einfaches" Frühstück im Preis enthalten bei 2300$ kann man sich schon mal wünschen.... Dieses eigene ständige rechnen jeden morgen plus noch die tip ist absolut nervig und hat nix mit Urlaub zu tun! Total blöd geregelt....

The rooms were designed beautifully and conveniently. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a slight convexity to my mattress, which caused me to keep rolling toward my husband. We usually like to keep our distance while sleeping, so this put a damper in our usual sleeping arrangement.

The room was beautiful and clean. Well decorated and functional. Didn't have the chance to get to the rooftop though. Great position right in the loop and near to every location of interest. I just walked the whole time. More info for travelers: I paid with a debit card, they charged me 100 dollars more for every night as deposit. They reimburse me one day later the checkout. They give you 25 dollars credit for breakfast (which is not buffet) if it is included in your reservation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive.

Excellent location for our weekend getaway. We depended on local transit during this stay and hotel was near several transit lines. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Most comfortable bed we've had in many trips.

Some traffic noise but hotel can't help that and we did stay in the city, so to be expected.

Loved the style of the hotel, very posh and hip feeling. Food at Ms. Rickys is delightful. The coffee shop was excellent. Beds were very comfy, and the room offers lots of extra perks like snack and drink items for purchase.

Not very impressed with Cerise. Drinks are waaay overpriced and not great tasting. I'm saying this, and I am from L.A. so YES way overpriced. 4 drinks=$100. It's (Cerise) small.
