The staff was super friendly and we were able to check in early which I was very grateful for. The location is ON the beach and I didn't have to drive anywhere. Everything was close. The attached restaurant was convenient also

Perfect location to the beach and boardwalk. Complimentary beach chairs were a real plus. Outdoor pool with gradual entrance worked well for our 3 year old and arthritic Nana. Pool towels a plus. All staff pleasant and attentive to needs. Adjacent Grotto Pizza served excellent and affordable pizza. Elevators in good working order. Parking convenient. Delicious complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning.

I like this resort. Have stayed here several times in the past. I like the location. Parking is easy. Many available things in the immediate proximity.

What I didn't like was I paid a premium for an ocean view... I was put in room 156 in the corner behind Grotto pizza so we had very little view of the ocean but more the patio seating area for a restaurant. Kinda lame to consider those corner rooms ocean front or ocean view. When made a comment to staff they just said next time request a higher floor. Truly don't think this room should have cost anymore than a regular room with no view. Was noisy in the hall being close to elevator & indoor pool as well. Truly hoped I had gotten one of the promenade rooms we stayed in before. Not saying this will be our last stay at this location but I think I'll be trying a different resort or atleast requesting a special room from now on. Feel like booking thru Booking.com made us have to settle for what they gave us!! First floor rooms on ocean front are not worthy of title ocean front

My entire stay was fabulous! From the minute I walked into the lobby to check in until the time I had to check out I liked the fact coffee was available each morning as that’s a must for me to start my day.

There’s nothing I didn’t like other than I needed to leave to return home for work.

Todo muy bonito muy amplio la verdad el hotel está muy bonito

Nunca llegó nadie a preguntar por la limpieza de la habitación , los pasillos del hotel estaban muy sucios el piso de la habitación sinceramente muy sucio pedí una escoba para limpiar yo misma y salimos a caminar un rato y cuando volvimos había un olor a pescado en todos lados y un ruido de personas a las 11 pm que decidí dejar el hotel a esa hora y irme a otro lado

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent location on the boardwalk.
