The Crystal Mountain Resort is like a mini Hallmark movie production set. Love it all!!!

Cheaper rates for a one night stay. Only having the one night stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the room as the photos when booking showed a kitchenette but we had full kitchen, fridge, stove ect.

Only complaint would be the couch was not very comfortable and not enough comfortable seating in the living area.

Self contained

1) large spiders in room. We counted 4 at dusk on ceiling. 2) bathroom door made of weird large wooden lever that in no way could be sanitized. 3) coffee bar service was terrible. We were overlooked, served 3 patrons before us like we were invisible. 4) called front desk for a call back because we were under the impression our room was not what we expected. No return call was ever afforded us. 5) television kept losing its picture. Impossible to watch any channel. 6) ordered food for delivery but were told they had no delivery person that night but was clearly stated on the menu that they delivered. 7) we could hear the room attached, kids yelling, playing or rough housing while we tried to rest after a lengthy day of driving.

Almost everything. From the indoor pool to the convenient shopping on site. Staff was super friendly.

The bed was stiff and a bit dirty and the AC unit was far too loud for restful sleep.

The amenities were great
