I thought I was charged for a one night stay August 7,2024 , at Quality Inn Hotel In Schoharie, N.Y But I was charge the following days After I left August 8,2024 for a total of 3 nights ,So far I was Credited for one night , I want to be credited for 2 Nights total I spend several unessesary hours on the Phone on my vacation talking to Quality Hotel Manager “Harsh “ he Credited me for one Night so far I am still disputing a second night credit Since I was charged for 3 Nights total by Quality Inn Hotel ,I booked this Reservation with Booking .com and payed Aug7,2024 , for one Night,but when I arrived at the Hotel I was asked to pay again , Mr. Harsh told us we have to pay again We had a big discussion about this charge since I just gave Booking . Com my credit card number,,but he said not to worry we only get charge once . I am not recommending this Hotel Watch out of dopple charge I feel it is a scam charging me for 2 extra Nights

Just what we needed for an overnight stay.

No noise, pleasant staff and room was comfy.

Lighting! I felt safe coming in a night the lighting in the parking lot was perfect

The key was difficult to unlock door. The bathroom was a bit dirty!the room had a smoke smell even 5hough it said non smoking room maybe update toilet and carpet?

After checking into the first room we found blood on the wall, damaged shower head, shower curtain rod, lamp shades, dresser and microwave. The TV didn’t work either. When we notified management he did have us in a new, better room within 10 minutes. The hotel was accommodating for pets.

The entire place smelled like cigarettes, the breakfast was sad, stale cereal, some bagels and English muffins, bruised fruit, and a waffle station that was usually preoccupied by a woman who was trying to feed birds. The grounds were dirty, trash everywhere. The employees appeared to have lived there and treated it that way. There was often someone just outside the side door working on a car that was sitting on ramps. The hotel lost power for a brief period of time but it was still sketchy considering there was no apparent cause for it. When I asked the desk clerk if I could speak to the manager about changing my room he sent me to another hotel room where the manager was staying instead of calling the manager to the desk, that was a little uncomfortable. We didn’t get any turndown service for our 4 night stay. No toilet paper, no clean towels, beds never made etc. The pet fee was disclosed upon arrival as $20 per night but it had to be in cash meanwhile there was no atm on the property.

Location near freeway exit.

Understaffed front desk. Poor breakfast choices. Waffle mix, 1 juice, only milk in the refrigerator, only white bread. Television did not work. No table or chairs in the room.

The price.

The room obviously was not vacuumed before our arrival. Pretty dirty and old.

Very outdated I stayed there 10 years ago no updates same carpet dirty old discussed

Old no updates dirty can’t clean outdated stuff gotta replace it
