It was convenient and well located close to transport links and that is it s main asset.

Quite a bit, the place is looking jaded and tired and the layout confusing, with respect to rooms. The breakfast was the worst I had during my entire US trip, paper, disposable plates, and the food was barely edible. Best Western has really fallen off in standards, if this is anything to go by.

The bed was super comfortable and the popcorn machine in the lobby was fantastic!

The rooms are conjoining and separated by a door. The neighbor came in late last night and ended up waking us. You could hear everything ( dropping the TV remote even) I had to be up early for a race too.

We liked the location, the price, the breakfast and the size of the room.

There was no security at the back door, which seemed worrisome and the facility was a bit rough around the edges. The outdoor spaces could have used some upgrades. We checked out the pool but didn't go in. The water was bubbly and didn't look inviting.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, good location for food places, wonderful view.

the spa tub. is was chlorinated to the point it made your eyes burn and not be able to breathe. Also the smell lingered with you after that.

Wonderful receptionist. She cleared up a double booking for us, saving us an hour of frustration. Good breakfast.

We were evidently charged $30 for cleaning. First time ever. As far as we could see, our dog did absolutely nothing to make the place dirty. Tile floors. He slept on his own bed. We have traveled with him for five years now--never encountered this. Feel a bit ripped off. Especially given the $25 pet charge.

The cleanliness, responsive customer service. Nice amenities. Relaxing setting. Comfortable furniture.

The staff was friendly and location was great for an overnight getaway by the water.

The pool and hot tub were both not very clear. And the tiles of both were very dirty. Also, in the Sauna, there is a broken board on the walkway that is definitely a hazard.
