It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Lots of kids running around. We booked a King Suite but arrived to a Queen Suite. We informed them of the mistake and got a new room that ended up being a King Room, not a suite.

we love ig. so much fun in the pool. staff were nice , hotel clean. soaps and shampoo where nice. I will come back and recomend to family and friends

jacuzzi was not working. pool area smelled really bad. pool water was cloudy as if no chlorine. rooms were not clean.

Breakfast was excellent

Sofa bed was horrible could not use. Pool was dirty. The hot tub was COLD. My husband and granddaughter both got a rash from hot tub. The beds made a horrible noise when you moved. Hair dryer was cracked could not use.

the pool area was hard to access! Room keys were not working to get in, splash pad was not working and hot tub wasn’t very warm.

The location was also being used by a group of contractors. They were up late and very loud in the parking lot while drinking and socializing, and then were loud coming up to the room after midnight, and finally were incredibly loud leaving the next morning around 5 something am. This kind of behavior is something management is responsible for proactively addressing to limit continued disruption of someone else's stay.

Wonderful breakfast! Great location outside of downtown. Closeness of mall and restaurants.
