The landscape around on the property was lovely. The staff was nice and accommodating. The coffee was delicious (once we added our own half and half). The croissants in the morning were a nice surprise. Filtered water was available in the lobby. The property is just a few blocks from town .The beds were comfortable.
The carpet in the room was worn and stained. The bathroom was worn out looking and needs to be upgraded. The hot tub was out of service.

The pool, hot tub and gardens were delightful. Our room was spacious, and quiet! We liked being off the main road in Carmel Valley. We also liked the room decor!

Danielle the host was a big reason for the overall satisfaction. The pool was clean and the hot tub was great. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Overall the property is well maintained and very peaceful.
The showers in the room are to low. For example I am a 6’ man and I had to bend over to wash my hair. The shower works well for a 5 foot person. The TV didn’t work and John the evening host was unable to help, I wish he would’ve came back to fix the TV like he said he was.

The property was beautiful in an amazing location. I loved the chill vibe and friendly staff. The vintage charm was awesome.
My water had trouble not leaking, I didn't realize my unit didn't have air conditioning and had heated up during the day (I should have read the fine print?), and some broken fence pieces at my unit. Also wifi wasn't great for my work video call.

The size of the room was great. The bed was super comfy.
No microwave. Very poorly lit parking lot. There was old popcorn from a previous stay on the floor. No breakfast service. The description. Said it was 15 miles from Big Sur and it isn’t. It’s 15 miles from the highway that takes you to Big Sur. Big Sur is still an hour away.

Very comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Great staff good bed, old school bathroom, but all works and clean.
Tap water tasted really bad, no couch and small tv. All trivial things, the place was great I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
We thought there was breakfast provided but there was not. Totally understandable given Covid and the limited guests on site that night but it would be good to let guests know when they check in.
