The apartment was in a great location and bigger than I had thought. It was clean and had everything we needed, i.e. washer/dryer, dishes, stove, etc. . The owner was very communicative and accommodating. They have a handy little black book that gives information about the surrounding area like the restaurants, things to do, and emergency information, which was great. We enjoyed our stay in D.C and this apartment is a great place to stay while there.
Nothing. You can hear people walking upstairs and the shower pressure is a little weak but none of these things bothered us.

Great location, very spacious flat great place for a family. Close to lots of places of interest and public transport.
The bed in the front bedroom is not comfortable at all, the pillows too. The furniture in general could use some updating.

Location wonderful - close to all mass transit, good restaurants, reasonable parking lot, grocery store and other stores. Apartment was pretty well stocked (could have used some paper towels), very comfortable and very clean.

It is located in a centric place, near different locations in Washington. Also it has all the things that we can need.

Close to metro station, nice kitchen and also close to grocery store and restaurants.
Noise from upstairs can be heard as there is no isolation so footsteps are clearly heard below.

Excellent location, nicely decorated apartment, very close to metro bus stop. warm and cooperative property manager.
Nothing major. Central heating could be better, however portable electric heaters made up for it. Kitchen was bit cold but after turning on one of the burners of the gas stove when we used it, it was comfortable.

It literally has everything you would need in your own home, I only had to bring food I loved it. Il definitely be back!
It was a little chilly, the heaters did a ok job. Parking would be a little issue for people that are driving but I would still consider my stay 5stars.

Very responsive and helpful staff, great location, fair price.
We had 2 rooms and my bad luck in the room I stayed, there were bedbugs. They immediately took action in the morning and moved us to another room. They also refunded me everything.

Location was awesome. One block away from all the amenities you could possibly need and in a nice and safe neighborhood. All of the main attractions of D.C. we just a short and inexpensive uber ride away. The apartment is well put together and is cozy and roomy. The property manager is a quick text away and is super friendly.

The location of the property is awesome! The property is one or two blocks away from the center of Columbia Heights (next to Target, 5 below, several banks, the Columbia Heights metro, and tons of yummy restaurants). It’s also pretty centric to most of the attractions especially U St. area.
In addition, the property manager was amazing! So kind and communicative.

I’m pretty big on cleanliness and although I walked into the apartment and could smell cleaning agents-we still had to go behind and clean the bathroom for hair etc and the kitchen needed a deep clean (dried food stains in corners and walls/dirty fridge).

Instructions were not always clear (stay for min 3 nights, wrong door code in written instructions, wrong wifi on the title page, expectations that guests will read the whole instruction book where on the last page was written that guests had to throw away trash and take off pillow covers).
