Good basic breakfast

Location requires walking a couple blocks off main streets through a “sketchy “ area.

Breakfast was good, hotel and pool areas clean. Staff helpful and polite with check in.

A number of the staff were friendly and kind, particularly JoJo working on breakfast and Lilo on reception. Rooms were a good size and clean.

The noise at 3am. There is a club across the road that plays music until 3am, we had to move rooms.

Very friendly front desk staff; let us check in early. Breakfast (included in the rate) was fine; plenty to get going in the morning. Underground parking felt secure. Fitness room was clean and equipment in working order. Mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and TV in the room all worked well, and our room was very clean plus furnishings were all in good shape. We didn't experience any issues with noise but earplugs were thoughtfully provided, and we were there during the week. Noise might be an issue during the weekends.

We were charged twice for parking we'd pre-payed (but was cheerfully fixed by desk staff) and we've been home for over a week and are still waiting for refund on the damage deposit they apply to the tariff. It took a LONG time for the water in the shower to warm up, and it didn't warm at all on our last day. Having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 would have been nice - what's provided in the room is minimal - plus a microwave at the breakfast bar to heat up muffins and lukewarm items. $30 per night for parking is no fun but sort of standard for downtown hotels all over the country; some charge more that.

Location was the only redeeming quality of this place.

The room was dirty - blood was on the floor, there was old toothpaste on the bathroom counter, dust and grime around the outer toilet bowl. Refrigerator had a terrible rotting smell despite being empty upon arrival. We were placed right by the elevators which make the most annoying bellhop noises. You should only place people there as a last resort.

Great location, clean rooms and common areas, good breakfast included. Easy to park near the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have any bottled water, as it is customary to find in any hotel. We’ve stayed in much cheaper places and they do offer water and coffee in the room. When we asked for water at the front desk, they dryly said we could buy some from their little snack market, and it was overpriced.

Staff excellent, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Karl on checking in was especially helpful. We had a large room with 2 very comfortable double beds.

Sauber und für amerikanische Verhältnisse modern eongerichet. Frühstück klassisch leider auch mit Plastikbesteck. Beheizter Pool. In der Nähe einer Arche aber alles ok.

Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. The process was fast and easy. Facilities were very clean.

I suggest bring your own pillows. The pillows were a bit stiff but beds were comfortable.

It exceeded our expectation for the price we paid. it was clean , breakfast is ok .. with protein , carbs and fruits readily available. Staff were great , friendly and good response .. ie extra towels etc.. There's always staff working, cleaning etc..

Only the location was good and it was clean.

The staff wasn’t good at all, they wouldn’t inform you regarding anything, they didn’t tell us about the breakfast hours, no water bottle was available in the room. No room service available too.

The property exceeded my expectations for a moderately priced hotel. It was better than some 4-star hotels. It was very clean and well-maintained. The location was great. The front desk staff was very helpful.

I was told I could let my car in the parking lot after some more hours after my check out time, but they didn’t specify there was a charge (which is fine) but I think if there’s an extra charge should be mentioned

The check in gal was very kind and helpful. When there was a room problem the front desk helped but see below for issues.

They advertised a party with food drinks and live music but when I arrived the only drinks were overpriced drinks with no alcohol in them at the companion property and same with the food. I had thought it would be like a Marriott happy hour where food and drink were complimentary for guests. Also there was no darkening shade in my room which I didn't notice until I was exhausted the first night and needing to relax. The desk sent up a maintenance guy who told me that was normal, turning on all the lights in the room to "show me" like that is how I would sleep, with all the lights on. Then he offered a new room and he would come backwith key, I packed my bags abut when he came back he said he was mistaken there were no rooms and the desk wanted me to go see them. I was too tired to walk down for just a conversation but when I called no one answered several times so I unpacked again, I decided to try one more time and they answered and said no, that wasn't normal on the shade, the tech was new, and they told him they did have a room down the hall for me. So, I repacked again and checked the shade before I gave the old key to the agent. Also, I am sure airport shuttle was included and why I was okay with the price I found high got this level of hotel but they said no and were a bit sarcastic and not sympathetic of the financial burden of an additional unexpected cost. Not for the last item but the same issue which took about and hour when I was exhausted, I think there should have been some concession. Also, people smoking pot at the pool were not stopped. Pool furniture was filthy.
