Everything was just as expected. Pool table, ping pong table, right number of beds. Everything was clean. The pool alarm was very helpful with my toddler.

Couldn’t lock the front door from the inside. My toddler could open the door and be out of the house within seconds. Also, the washing machine worked but rarely spun all of the water out of the clothes. I only washed small loads each time but ended up wringing the water out by hand.

I loved the location and the size of the property. It was conveniently near shopping and only 20 minutes from Disney World. The house was the perfect size for our family.

The house was very worn out, it was not as nice as the pictures. It needs some major renovations. It’s outdated and beat up. The walls were dirty and the cabinets and doors were all scratched up. All the provided pots and pans were dented and warped. They were impossible to cook with. Check in was a headache. No one followed up with me and I didn’t get the door combination until I called a few hours prior and they told me I never did paperwork (that they never sent).

Combination front door lock made our nighttime arrival very easy , it opened with the code we were given, no issues. House very clean and lots of towels. Loved the pool and spa, and lots of pool furniture to relax on. Also we made a request for another pool cue and a few more darts and the hosts accommodated us the very next morning. Very responsive - this is very good service!
