It was right by the pool and the creek. So relaxing.

There was no AC.

Great location and condo was very spacious.

Attentive personnel, clean accommodation, underground parking, laundry in unit, good safety and security, ease of transportation, availability of shops, location.

This particular condo had just been remodeled. It was beautiful and spacious. The location--just adjacent to the river--made it even more beautiful. Like being out in the woods.

Access to our unit was delayed by several hours because the door lock was broken. It took several hours to get it open but the repair could not be made till the next morning which meant that once we got into the condo we could not leave it until the next day because we would've been locked out. Confident this was a one-off and staff did everything they could. But we do think we should have been compensated for this loss of full use of the condo for nearly a full day.

Unit had an odor to it Bedding and pillows not comfortable at all as well as an absence of 1 king bed Did not get a good night sleep in 7 nights Parking lot poorly maintained as it was a sheet of ice most days There was a lack of soundproofing between floors, noise from floor above was very loud

I was charged $675.09 for the stay instead of $608 as in the Booking agreement. Two months and 4 phone calls later I have yet to be refunded the difference as was promised by Booking.com

No breakfast was included.

Well there isn’t really an Avon Village, even though this was where we booked. We actually stayed at the Lodge at Brookside. I was we knew this information in the booking because it created headaches for the bride and groom arranging transportation to/from wedding venue.
