The on-demand shuttle to take my family around the property was greatly appreciated. It would've been hard to carry our equipment without it.

I was not too fond of our inability to reach a (live) person if we had questions about ski school. Only having an email option doesn't work for all circumstances.

Location was wonderful, 5-10 minute walk to village & slopes.

Excellent, very central location and great for winter or summer. The apartment was super comfortable with everything that you need to cook for yourself or order in, and the fact that laundry (washer and dryer) is in the apartment is fantastic. The staff were so helpful and the entire process of check in and check out was super smooth.

The carpet is the only major issue as it meets the doorways - needs to be repaired.

Real fireplace. Proximity to lifts.

Bed had dips and trashed your back. Bedroom blind broken and couldn't close. Fireplace glass door fell off. Carpet was the worse I've ever walked on. Looked and felt dirty.

Very nice condo close to the slopes! Nice layout, spacious and nicely furnished. The ski ski out worked great and the ski lockers were a plus. Elevator made moving in and out very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Very happy with our stay.

Cable had issues but WiFi worked fine.
