Ice machine…couldn’t find them!

The location was great , breakfast fab, bed not so great , big indentations in mattress , lumpy parts, pillows good, very clean throughout room. Problems throughout the night with kids running down halls after 10. Wish the pool had adult hours only so that they could enjoy the pool and hot tub in peace without noisy rude kids. Toilet paper holders aren’t the best , keep sliding off . Staff is excellent and helpful.

The room was very clean.

It was horrible. There were a group of people across from me letting their kids run buck wild no parents in sight. They had so many people in the room across from me. I was in 213. They were in and out all night slamming the door each time. Screaming at the top of their lungs. The kids were even riding on the cart luggage carrier like it was a toy. Parents allowing that to happen. They have free popcorn and parents allowed the kids to take it to the pool and it was all over the floor. Parents didn't even bother to pick it up. Don't get me wrong I love kids but mine have manners and are well behaved bc I discipline them and have respect for other peoples property. At dinner they were in their wet clothes in the dining room dripping wet. The floor was slick from it and half of the adults were in bikinis half dressed with wet towels wrapped around them. One teen was shaking his wet hair (in an apparent attempt to dry it at the dinner buffet. It was absolutely ridiculous. We got no sleep. More than disappointed. Half angry. It cost us $174.00 and some change for this horrible New Year's Eve night.

Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub were clean. Room was clean and quiet.

It actually was the largest and the nicest one that have stayed at yet and my double Queen room - standard was the largest Queen room I have ever been in including the bathroom lots of space loved it

I love the jacuzzi and pool areas but the jacuzzi Jets goes off every 10 minutes and you have to keep getting out to turn it back on every 10 minutes....

updated and clean. free light flare dinner and drinks in the evening and breakfast included in your rate. staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to grant our special requests.

We stayed 3 nights without housekeeping.

Was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I always appreciate hotels that are pet friendly. There were some really nice areas to walk. Great and safe location with easy access to the highway. It was very quiet in my room and the hotel was crowded when I was there. A small dinner buffet was available during my stay. It was included and the food was very good. To have this option was a really nice surprise.

Great staff, facilities and amenities, with extra touches like the happy hour with hot buffet, 24 hour fountain drinks, plenty of luggage carts and nicely landscaped grounds. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Close to Highway so thought the road noise would be a problem, though it turned out to be quite doable. If in doubt ask for room away from road.
